Wir waren von der Freundlichkeit des Personals begeistert. In der Reception und auch beim Frühstück. Auf Wunsch wurde der Kaffee frisch gebrüht. Vielen Dank nochmals. Das Hotel war sauber und ruhig. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Lage im Zentrum von Plauen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!!

Positives zu erst... Außer dem jungen, freundlichen und sehr bemühtem Herren am Empfang nichts! Ich war das zweite mal dort, hatte vom ersten mal gute Erinnerungen, hatte! Dann ist es mit Positivem auch schon vorbei! Die so hoch gepriesenen Topper, Auszug aus der Buchungsmail: ”...3. Schlafsystem: Alle Zimmer sind mit antiallergischer Bettware ausgestattet Zudem besteht unser Bettkonzept aus einem Topper und einer Hygienauflage...” auf den Matratzen sind links und rechts um 10 cm zu schmal, so dass man den Eindruck hatte, dass man aus dem Bett fällt, entsprechend war die Nacht! Beim zuziehen des ”Verdunkelungsvorhangs” fiel dieser auf einer Seite quasi aus dem ”Rahmen” Verschimmelte Silikonfugen im Bad. Mit Farbe versauter Schalter, miserable Versuche der Renovierung. Um kurz nach 7:00 war die sog. Wurstplatte bis auf ein paar Rädchen Wurst leer. Es war nichts eingedeckt. Der versiffte Kaffeeautomat ”Rief” nach Bedienpersonal, das aber mangels ”Masse” nicht da war, musste erst jemand aus der Küche, gehe davon aus war der Beikoch, geholt werden. Frühstück mit Getränkepauschale : 16.90€ Auch bei einem Preis von 67,50€ für das Zimmer, den man sofort bezahlen musste, kann man mehr erwarten. Last but not least hat es in der Tiefgarage gerochen wie in einer öffentlichen Bedürfnisanstalt!

This hotel is perfect. Efficient and friendly reception staff, immaculate room with very comfortable bed and a very good breakfast. Just what a traveller needs. Only slight drawback is the underground parking - the spaces are very tight.

Das Hotel am Klostermarkt liegt mitten im Herzen von Plauen. Man kann von hier aus die Stadtgalerie und zahlreiche Restaurants innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig erreichen, ebenso wie das Theater. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, die Preise sehr fair. Unser Hund war auch willkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, insbesondere, weil der Inhaber uns sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend behandelt hat. Der Service ist große Klasse, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Very nice rooms with coffee machine in a super location. The home restaurant is top. Whoever does not take breakfast in the hotel can buy directly from the front of the bakery breads from 5:30.

A small family-run hotel with restaurant, in beautiful location – a small oasis despite the neighbouring new area and it is also well accessible from the Pluen East motorway departure. Parking is located right in front of the hotel and the tram is accessible by foot. The rooms are not large but are properly equipped, modern and clean. The breakfast was very rich, there are a variety of egg foods that are freshly prepared beside the buffet (with different types of sausage and cheese, muslis, marmelade, ... ....). The restaurant (with a good-civil cuisine), with a beautiful terrace invites to stay comfortable. Although there is no huge food card, it is still a very good choice. The food is freshly prepared, optically served, There was nothing to be exposed to here. Prices from the hotel, as well as in the restaurant are really appropriate. In the restaurant, very good food for one, I think, fair price. The staff, in the hotel and restaurant, It was always friendly and very premature to meet one or another desire. It will certainly not be the last visit - very recommendable!
