Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Einchecken war nicht so ideal, weil der Herr erstmal zu Ende essen musste und uns erstmal stehen ließ an der Rezeption. Ansonsten war alles akzeptabel.

Im Rahmen meiner Motorrad Reise bin ich zufällig in Plauen im Hotel Alexandra gelandet. Schon beim Empfang wird man herzlich begrüßt, ist beeindruckt von der Einrichtung, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, tolles Frühstück und auch die zentrale Lage ist absolut vorteilhaft. Ein toller Aufenthalt, dank euch werde ich Plauen wieder besuchen Dankeschön

Sehr geschmackvolles und ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr schöner und freundlich eingerichteter Speisesaal, freundliches Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Speisesaal. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Sehr schöne stylistische Empfangshalle. Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Zweckmäßige Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel.

Wir waren von der Freundlichkeit des Personals begeistert. In der Reception und auch beim Frühstück. Auf Wunsch wurde der Kaffee frisch gebrüht. Vielen Dank nochmals. Das Hotel war sauber und ruhig. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Lage im Zentrum von Plauen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!!

Als Wellness Hotel für 2 Nächte war das Hotel nur schwer geeignet. Wenn sich die Wellness Landschaft auf eine Sauna, eine Dusche mit Kaltschlauch, einer trockenen Steinimitat scheinbar als Eventdusche und einer Bauplane evtl. für einen zukünftigen Whirlpool erstreckt. Dazu 3 Liegen und einen Strandstuhl. Ende. Ansonsten ist der Service der Rezeption eher mit Ost Charme behaftet. Ich mag keinen Befehlston, auch wenn er bemüht ist. Das Frühstück bietet alles. Allerdings ist ein Honig von "gut und günstig" sowie Rühreier mit einheitlicher Farbe nicht unbedingt einladend.
