Having stayed here before it became our first choice when staying in the area. The moment we walked in we were greeted like long lost friends. Karen at the front desk is always the best. Very welcoming and a pleasure to chat with. She is always on top of her game even when training new personnel or dealing with a stubborn front desk computer. A big thank you to her personally. As for the hotel, everything is awesome from the clean well set up rooms to the most comfortable beds. And peaceful quiet nights.
