Friendly staff, but didn’t seem available for check out?
Ac smelled when turned on and window sill had many broken parts/ dusty, so didn’t turn on all night.
Breakfast was super simple, but fruit was not fresh.
For a quick place to sleep for a night, not terrible

Lots of problems
The saga began with them not accepting my credit card which was in good standing. Took about a half an hour to clear that up. Lots of debris on the parking lot from a week-old storm--maybe a quick brooming would have helped. Our keys didn't work after the first entry had to be redone. No shampoo. Noisy freezer, air went off and on many times during the night. Other than that, perfect.

The staff was very accomodating as i needed to switch rooms because of noisy neighbors which was done professionally and promptly. Original room had a pet smell.
