Das Hotel liegt etwa einen Kilometer fußläufig vom Strand und von der Innenstadt entfernt.
Der Pool ist sauber und die Anlage ist Meist nicht so stark besucht. Beim Frühstück muss man fast schon um einen Platz kämpfen.
Die Auswahl ist ok aber nicht die beste. Es gibt wenige warme Speisen und der Kaffee, wie auch der Saft kommt vom Automaten.
Die Zimmer sind noch das beste. Sie haben einen absolut ausreichende Größe und sind auch sauber. Die Einrichtung ist spärlich aber völlig ausreichend. Auch der Balkon ist schön groß.

Beautiful place right in the middle of Platja. Receptionist Miriam was the best,star of the show, friendly and always smiling and her Somalian origin colleague, the best and welcoming. Pizza place on the go nearby no good at all.(not a part of the hotel) very good Chinese restaurant right across. We will come back again that's for sure!!

Large structure located at the end of Playa de Aro in a quiet commercial area, easy parking and movement to and from, modern rooms...but with laminate flooring which is broken in many places...comfortable bed and large bathroom with bidet

Horrible, everything is negative apart from the size of the rooms. The worst hotel of my life where I stayed. Everything is low-end from the infrastructure, the furniture to the kitchen. Strongly not recommended. This is a third world hotel. The people who run this hotel are amateurs and should retrain in something else.

We are far from a 4-star hotel. Relatively clean room but many stains on the walls remain, mold in the bathroom, damaged furniture. Pool service non-existent with 1 "suzana" who never smiles.. The gym has been out of service for a long time, the swimming pool has been poorly maintained with cups and cans for several days. Parking charged at €10/day but always open, mini room safe charged at €10/day!!! On the other hand, the reception and restaurant staff listen to the customer.
