Superb resort for large family. Close to the beach, short walk to the town (we had young kids and easy for them) and the pools are perfect size. Also walking distance to the waterpark which is also recommended. Service and food also very good. Thoroughly recommended

This was the second year running we have stayed at Ciutat de Palol - which really says it all. The apartments are well-equipped, clean and comfortable and the amenities are excellent. The daily housekeeping service is a real luxury. Underground car parking with direct lift access to the apartment blocks is extremely convenient. The complex is within a ten minute walk of the centre of Playa d'Aro where there are many shops, bars and restaurants to suit every taste and pocket. In fact, it is so good we will probably go back again next year.

This hotel was everything we were looking for. We came from the UK on the train, so it was an easy bus journey from Girona station. The grounds are lovely, fantastic family friendly pool. The apartment was great, spotlessly clean, practical, with a kitchen. Really lovely staff and service. Amazing beaches are a five minute walk away, town about 10-15. It was perfect for us, we will be coming back.

Just back after spending one week on this resort and would highly recommend it. To begin with the staff are friendly and attentive. The girls in reception are so helpful and were able to help me with some awkward requests. The pool area is clean and inviting with a 30m pool is great for a good swim as the pool doesn't get too crowded with plenty of sunbeds. In addition there is a selection of beaches across the road. The apartment we had was in C Block and has all day sun. The apartments are spotlessly clean and are cleaned everyday. Excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, clean sheets and plenty of towels The hotel is close to town, approximately 1km, which is an easy walk. Parking in the hotel is underground and secure at €10 a day. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be retuning.

We've just returned from a brilliant long weekend. We took our almost 2 year old and it was a perfect trip. We hired a car as we wanted the freedom to go into Girona (a 30 minute drive), they have an underground car park which was £10 a day but worth it as it kept the car nice and cool in the 38 degree heat. We also used it to drive a bit further into the town although it was all within walking distance. There was a lovely beach a short walk away but we spent most of the time round the pool which was so well looked after. The children's pool was heated and a great size for toddlers and babies. It opens at 10am and there were plenty of sun loungers. There are lots of trees around the pool making it feel very relaxing and providing some shady areas. Our daughter also enjoyed the park on site. We didn't eat at the hotel as we used the small kitchen in the room which was well equip and we ate out. The rooms had black out curtains and the Airton worked very well so we slept well even with a toddler. The staff were lovely and very helpful, would definitely recommend.

Rested in this hotel from 08/24/22-09/01/22. Before covid-19 came to this hotel every year. The rooms are very spacious, kitchen with living room and separate bedroom. There are rooms where the kitchen and living room and two bedrooms. On the territory there is a playground, animation, swimming pool. There is also a restaurant, parking, the area is very green. I really like this hotel and the city itself. We will be back again and again ❤️❤️❤️

Great family stay at the end of April, perfect heated swimming pool, football activities, pétanque, games toboggan ping ping... Everything to have fun. Very good bedding. Well equipped accommodation. Staff+++ Untested catering. We will come back.

A charming welcome in French. A very clean, secure, quiet complex. The parking under the rooms is perfect, the apartments are very functional, soundproofed with very good bedding. The whole is 200 m from very beautiful coves.

We stayed 9 days at the end of July in this establishment. Positive aspects: children's club, activities, cleanliness, services (restaurant, bar), proximity to the beach, available around the swimming pool, proximity to the city center (easily done on foot) Negative aspects: restaurant hours (lunch 9 -11 a.m. and no meals after 3 p.m.) scrambling in the morning from 9 a.m. I recommend the hotel and will certainly return, I am in love with the area 😉
