Very well located not far from the sea and the center. Friendly and smiling staff.
On the other hand, the rooms are very poorly soundproofed and you can hear absolutely everything. The shower, the doors, the people outside and even the antics of the neighboring rooms. This stay was nice but far from relaxing because sleeping only 3 hours a night for 3 days is tiring. Too bad because otherwise really nice. Oh yes and the bay window between the bathroom and the bedroom is nice but going to the toilet at night is a dilemma being in the dark or waking up your partner… it’s up to you 😅

Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel NM fue excepcional. La amabilidad del personal hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. La localización es inmejorable, a poca distancia a pie de la playa y del centro, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de todo lo que Playa de Aro tiene para ofrecer sin necesidad de un coche. Además, es un lugar perfecto para los amantes de los animales; viajamos con nuestros dos perras y fueron muy bien recibidas.
,Las instalaciones son amplias y modernas, y todo está impecable. Aparcar en la calle fue fácil y cómodo. El desayuno es muy bueno, con deliciosas opciones sin gluten que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más agradable.
El único aspecto que podría mejorarse es la conexión wifi, que a veces era débil, pero esto no empañó nuestra experiencia general.

We have just returned from a one week stay in one of the suites with private pool and very much enjoyed the whole experience. Platja d'Aro is a lovely town with beautiful beaches, only 3 minutes away from the hotel located in a quiet and peaceful area. Overall our stay was lovely and peaceful, very restful and as it was early in the season, the town and the beach areas were quieter. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and efficient. We had breakfast each day, lunch on one occasion and dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed every experience, the mussels were a particular hit! The terraces and pool area is great, no doubt entertaining for the children, but peaceful enough for the adults to chill and the pine trees made for a lovely setting. Our suite was very nice, such a clever use of space with the various zones. The bed was comfy and although there was a lounge and TV we never used it, choosing to sit outside by our own little pool which was so enjoyable to have. We would be happy to stay agin and to recommend.

Great hotel with large and clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is heated and very Nice for children to play during hot days. The hotel is located in A Nice and quiet neighbourhood and close to the center of platja d’aro.

This hotel is clean comfortable and quiet. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. There was no kettle in the rooms but I asked and they provided one with cups and spoons. The rooms are spacious and the location is with a few minutes of many restaurants beach and bars. The bus station is a 5 min walk if you want a day in Gerona

Six years ago we stayed at this hotel, it was very quiet so we decided to return. We have not been able to sleep or rest. There was a group of guests who were shouting in the common areas without anyone calling them to attention. What was a quiet hotel has become a nightmare. We have warned them but nobody here finds out. Last time.

After lying down in the bed in family room 12 for a nap, I noticed and saw that the mattress was literally with BROKEN SPRINGS AND SUNKEN, so after talking to reception, the solution is: turn the mattress over!!!! In short, I am going home with a backache and a very bad taste in my mouth about the Escampa Hotels Group. I am attaching images to see what you think. The buffet breakfast was very good and varied, with fruit, pastries, various types of bread, potato and French omelettes. The cleanliness of the room was excellent as was the soundproofing and thermal insulation. I have already come to NM Suites on many occasions and it is a shame that they spoil the experience by not changing the room or the mattress, since I cannot recommend it to anyone.
