Very well located not far from the sea and the center. Friendly and smiling staff.
On the other hand, the rooms are very poorly soundproofed and you can hear absolutely everything. The shower, the doors, the people outside and even the antics of the neighboring rooms. This stay was nice but far from relaxing because sleeping only 3 hours a night for 3 days is tiring. Too bad because otherwise really nice. Oh yes and the bay window between the bathroom and the bedroom is nice but going to the toilet at night is a dilemma being in the dark or waking up your partner… it’s up to you 😅

We have just returned from a one week stay in one of the suites with private pool and very much enjoyed the whole experience. Platja d'Aro is a lovely town with beautiful beaches, only 3 minutes away from the hotel located in a quiet and peaceful area. Overall our stay was lovely and peaceful, very restful and as it was early in the season, the town and the beach areas were quieter. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and efficient. We had breakfast each day, lunch on one occasion and dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed every experience, the mussels were a particular hit! The terraces and pool area is great, no doubt entertaining for the children, but peaceful enough for the adults to chill and the pine trees made for a lovely setting. Our suite was very nice, such a clever use of space with the various zones. The bed was comfy and although there was a lounge and TV we never used it, choosing to sit outside by our own little pool which was so enjoyable to have. We would be happy to stay agin and to recommend.

Great hotel with large and clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is heated and very Nice for children to play during hot days. The hotel is located in A Nice and quiet neighbourhood and close to the center of platja d’aro.

This hotel is clean comfortable and quiet. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. There was no kettle in the rooms but I asked and they provided one with cups and spoons. The rooms are spacious and the location is with a few minutes of many restaurants beach and bars. The bus station is a 5 min walk if you want a day in Gerona

Horrible, the first dirty room, hair on the bed and in the sink, dirty furniture, dust on all the contours of the bed. So we were changed to the next room, which was a little cleaner but the switches were full of dust. Both rooms have damaged furniture, scratched etc disaster

We are currently at the NM Suite the welcome with our very very friendly dog a ground floor room with a small garden very large bed large TV 4 French channels breakfast at the top perfect cleanliness and very large rooms attentive staff everywhere a smile on the side from the beach and the center 5 mins on foot I am very difficult but nothing to complain about perfect 👍 being from Perpignan we tested several hotels this one we will come back I recommend +++
