We rented out the 4 villas at the beginning of May, the host was very polite and hospitable when we arrived, the facilities were great. The villas themselves were very spacious, the pool was lovely and clean. Very close to the beach, would definitely recommend it for big groups or families.

Maria is a fantastic hostess! whether it was her welcome, her houses perfectly equiped, the idyllic location close to everything and the beach ,the services offered, her discretion ans availability at any time, her recommandations, everything was at the best. we were a very large group and never lacked for anything! all houses perfectly equipped. I highly recommend and will return!!

We stayed for a friend's wedding, had a fantastic week! The villas were clean and spacious, pool was lovely and the shared BBQ area was brilliant. The local area has a great beach just down the road and a few nice restaurants, but would recommend a car to go further afield. Would recommend staying here!

Absolutely wonderful villa. Very well located just 5 min walk from the sea and restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They fixed an AC unit almost immediately, going out of their way to acquire replacement parts in the city to ensure it would be fixed promptly. They were helpful, supportive, and kind throughout our wedding and we couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodation.

We recently stayed at Daphnis Villas - we were four families each with one Villa each. Everyone had a wonderful time, the Villas were clean and had everything we needed with a cleaner and towel changes on Tue and Sat (dish washer, washing machine etc.) When we needed advice or help the host Maria, who lived close by, was always on hand to help. She arranged a minibus for 19 of us to got to a sunset beach for the day and made a dinner reservation in a wonderful restaurant. With Maria’s help we also had an outside caterer coming to the Villas to cook us a lovely 3 course meal. The Villa is located very close to a lovely beach, bakery, connivance store and many restaurants. We highly recommend Daphnis Villas.

Four villas with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/showrooms and kitchen diner lounge room. Kitchen equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Aircon. Great place for a large group taking all 4 villas. Plenty of sun loungers. BBQ area. About a dozen bikes. The owner lives nearby and is very helpful. Several restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Daphni Villa's. We were a group of families and friends with young children and the space was perfect. Beautiful villa's, amazing facilities with everything you need in the Villa's and so clean, even had a change of sheets and towels mid stay. Great location and restaurants in walking distance (we recommend the passing or the wave to eat in). We booked 3 villas but had the whole place to ourselves which Maria purposely arranged for us which was really kind of her. Not only that but on arrival there were welcome packages in each villa and Maria gave us olive oil gifts to take home. Maria even helped organise taxi's for some of our party who had delayed flights and were arriving in the early hours. An amazing host and couldn't do more for us. Would recommend anyone to stay here. These 4 villas surrounding a large family friendly pool have not been consistently given a 5* rating by previous reviewers for no reason. For me they couldn’t have worked any better with having a 4 family unit consisting Adults & children of various numbers & ages in each family they gave the opportunity for perfect interaction together with privacy at all times. Maria & her husband were the perfect hosts offering every assistance without any intrusion. The geographic location within the area was again for my family perfect, giving access to the bars restaurants & child play areas whilst not suffering the accompanying hustle & bustle of the more populated areas within walking distance. Without going into a lengthy review of all the other qualities On offer I must wholeheartedly agree with every other 5* comments about accommodation, cleanliness, etc. etc. For me a return visit would be done in the blink of an eye , the set up is just perfect.

Daphnis Villas.... What an amazing location to spend time in Crete. Close to Chania Airport and old Town and the beach is around the corner. Villas are clean and the pool is just awesome. We had all 4 villas, so with regards to getting along with the neighbors it was fine. Not sure how it would be if all 4 villas would be occupied by 4 different groups. The owner Maria is great and friendly.
