"Environment (Figure 1): On a remote street in Cardiff, surrounded by residential areas (Figure 2), people who are new to the city need to use Google Maps to find it. The environment is good during the day. There is a bar downstairs. The hostess is very polite. I arrived late. She found my materials from the guest information and told the password to open the door, which was smooth Hygienic: No problem, very clean, the room is not big, there is a separate bathroom, booked a single room suitable for one person Other pictures show local castles and street buildings in Cardiff"

"This was a lovely room! Didn't have its own bathroom which I wasn't expecting but I think that's just me not really reading the listing! The person who checked me in was lovely and the room was warm and decorated nicely. Thanks!"

"I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent stay. The room was very hot, and since the air conditioning wasn't working, we were given a fan instead. Additionally, we were not informed about the extra £10 charge per person for a 'spa day' to use the pool, which was confusing as I only wanted a quick swim. It was very disappointing that hotel guests were not allowed even a brief 10-minute pool time. Lastly, the reception desk was quite small, and with three staff members talking over each other, the experience felt chaotic. Thank you for your attention to these matters."

"The hotel room is cozy, clean, and budget-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers. However, it is quite small, with no table or chair, and limited space for bags, which may be a challenge for those with a lot of luggage. Despite this, the warm and accommodating staff truly make the stay pleasant, ensuring a welcoming experience."

"We stayed here for 3 nights, it was very pleasant and clean. Friendly faces and friendly service. The beds are very comfortable and absolutely huge! The only negative I would mention was the fact that on the first night, we were sat in the bar enjoying a drink and the barmaid came out and started to hoover, which obviously made us uncomfortable and was also quite loud, so we proceeded to take our drinks to our room to finish them. Which also meant we didn’t use the bar facility again for the rest of the stay, which was a shame."

"We arrived at Cardiff Central by train, which is 15mins walking to this Premier Inn. It was very welcoming and staff friendly, rooms clean, with as much tea and coffee, which you took from the travellers store at the main entrance. My only gripe is as I have dietary requirements, They couldn't cater for them and had to make do with what was on offer. No gluten free food at night, Only what I would call general burgers, lasagne, steak battered fish and chips. Only veg on offer was peas. In this day and age Hotels need to cater for a variety of people's health conditions. Vegan/vegetarians are not Gluten free or Ibs sufferers or Celiacs. Which are complicated problems. It would be helpful if they offered something which could be adapted. ."

"Central location but Cardiff city on a Friday night is absolutely horrendous!! Noisy, rowdy, lots of drunks and extremely wild to the point when we got back to our hotel, we found the hotel had put a metal security barriers at the entrance and the security guy insisted to see our room keycard before letting us in!! Really felt like we were in a place that is quite unsafe."
