The environment is good during the day. There is a bar downstairs. The hostess is very polite. I arrived late. She found my materials from the guest information and told the password to open the door, which was smooth Hygienic: No problem, very clean, the room is not big, there is a separate bathroom, booked a single room suitable for one person Other pictures show local castles and street buildings in Cardiff"

"I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the room was clean and well-presented, the noise levels were unbearable. Throughout the night, we were disturbed by the sounds of voices from the adjacent rooms and the floor above us was consistently creaking as guests moved around. When I mentioned these issues to the receptionist during checkout, I was disappointed by the lack of response or apology. Overall, this affected the quality of my stay significantly, and I do not intend to return. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel."

"We arrived at Cardiff Central by train, which is 15mins walking to this Premier Inn. It was very welcoming and staff friendly, rooms clean, with as much tea and coffee, which you took from the travellers store at the main entrance. My only gripe is as I have dietary requirements, They couldn't cater for them and had to make do with what was on offer. No gluten free food at night, Only what I would call general burgers, lasagne, steak battered fish and chips. Only veg on offer was peas. In this day and age Hotels need to cater for a variety of people's health conditions. Vegan/vegetarians are not Gluten free or Ibs sufferers or Celiacs. Which are complicated problems. It would be helpful if they offered something which could be adapted. ."
