First the good : Lee at the front desk was very helpful. The room was very clean. Area surrounding hotel is nice.
The not so good : hotel environment seems unsafe. People living at the hotel and smoking in halls. The tub was badly stained and water backed up. Hair and toe nail clippings in drain.

Requested a second key. Advised there weren’t any. Basic amenity of a hair dryer was not in the room. When requested the front desk staff member responded that if there wasn’t one in the room then there wasn’t one available. Breakfast of muffins or oatmeal selection limited and muffins were not available the second day. The first day there were two left in the bin. We were told those were the only 2 available. One was blueberry and one chocolate. We both wanted blueberry. Front desk clerk was rude and abrupt. Sink in room draining slowly. Will not stay there again..wasn’t the stay we were expecting. Very disappointed

The Front Desk Personnel are truly amazing.... Donna,Cory and Lee....The manager David always has a smile on his face and is a great asset to the property.....my home away from home....

It is convenient; accessible to a number of stores. However the rooms are in need of upgrade. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was dusty. The shower was ridden with dark stains that look like mildew. The breakfast was just simply packaged oats, limited muffins and coffee and tea. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend staying here.

Location is perfect and easy if you are you moving around by car. Easy to park also. Easy to drive to Sunrise Outlet village and Panthers NHL game, also to Fort Lauderdale downtown and beaches.
Hotel and service was ok, nothing bad to say. Room was noisy, not by party but air cooler and fridge was noisy. Area was quiet.
For us it was big plus that the hotel has their own laundry room with washing machine working by coins.
We choose this hotel because of location and breakfast included. The breakfast was terrible. It was only table at lobby with coffee, tea, instant oat meal and muffin. Don’t choose this hotel if you absolutely need hotel breakfast. At room there was fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, so you can make your own breakfast easily.

The hotel was clean but the management need to ensure that the guests dont continue hanging out in the lobby talking at the top of their voices and hanging out front at the hotel entrance lounging, drinking and smoking! Not a good look at all and a very uncomfortable feeling. That really lowers the class of the hotel.
Management also needs to put more lights in the parking lot. Its much too dark and makes for a very uncomfortable feeling when coming in late.

Had to check out earlier and book another hotel for the rest of my stay in Fort Lauderdale. All the experience since we checked in was terrible, bad smell everywhere but the worst part was the bathroom, fungus stains everywhere and in really bad condition, totally dirty and disgusting. Please dont ruin your vacation time, find another place to stay.

Great nights sleep, friendly staff and roomy. Nice area with a mall nearby and some good restaurants. Good value for the money.
