Basic hotel very unclean. Gave us two beds and a sofa to sleep on paid nearly 5 thousand pound for this holiday all inclusive and I feel completely ripped off. Low budget alcohol, have to pay extra for good quality coffee and sunbeds 20 euros a day per person. Food was the worst thing I have ever tasted or came across in all my life. If you like bland unseasoned stale cold food then you will be fine. Stunk as soon as you went into restaurant. The staff are rude and arrogant and unhelpful for changes you have to nod and agree with everything or they threaten to throw you out. For the price I could of went to America or Jamaica

Lovely hotel in a prime location, rooms cleaned every day ,towels changed every other day , friendly helpful staff . I gave it 3 stars because the food was basic ,always cold ,there is a microwave but it's never plugged in and you can't get to the socket because the large toaster is in the way ,ate out most nights ,and tended to have salad at lunch time ,it has the worse entertainment room I've ever seen which is a big let down for a lovely looking hotel ,I would rate the hotel 3 star not 4 ,entertainment basically non existent apart from the Greek dancers which was very good

So, after reading many reviews on here i was a little apprehensive about the holiday and unsure what experience we were going to have! Firstly, I’d just like to let anyone know who is reading this review, that the hotel is well worth a visit! The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, both our rooms were not ready when we arrived, this was 1pm, but they made sure that we started our holiday as soon as we walked through the doors, by making all of the facilities were available to us, there were 4 of us Two couples. Our rooms were ready within the hour. Both of our rooms were good, great views and good size. Our room was like a penthouse, Balcony was massive, and we were overlooking the beach and sea. The doors to the balcony have sliding glass doors, these were open all the time we went away early May and the sound of the sea lapping the beach was beautiful at night. The cleaners came on a daily basis, Towels were changed every day, and there was also the complementary soaps and shampoos. Beds were firm and comfy and remade daily. There was two large wardrobes and a cupboard, one of the wardrobes had a safe in that didn’t require a deposit to use. We visited on an all-inclusive basis and after reading the reviews regarding food I was a little worried as I love a good feed! Breakfast- virtually the same every morning but there was a good selection of cereals, cooked eggs of all variations, sausages, bacon, fruits (fresh and dried) and fresh breads. Plenty to choose from! The cooked foods were all labelled and at a good temperature. Dinner had a good selection and varied every day, plenty of salads and fruits. Evening meal- again, plenty to choose from and varied again from night to night. There wasn’t really a problem with labelling as I thought there may be with other reviews I have read. Also, the food was kept at a good temperature. Pools bar- only one was open when we went, but plenty of drinks were available and kids mocktails Pools snack wasn’t in full swing either as we went early season, but you could get sandwiches snacks & and ice creams. You never go hungry when it comes to food available. The pool area was great, not too cold and the pool gradually got deeper from one end to the other. so it’s great for all ages! There is a very small pool for the very little ones at a depth of 0.4m. Theres’s toilets at the pool area and one of them is equipped with a shower. There are also other outdoor showers at the side if the pool. There is a deeper pool for swimming nearby. The beach is literally at the back of the hotel just down a few steps, also great for kids as you can walk out 50 od yards and still be only up to your waist, and its lovely. Massive shout out to the entertainment team especially Matt and Julieana, they both put themselves out to chat and encouraging you to have a good time, Juliana is brilliant at entertaining the kids and goes the extra mile to keep them occupied! They make you feel at home, again as it was early season

Our second time at Tsilivi Beach, and it didn’t disappoint. We love this hotel so much wel be back next year. The food, cocktails and snacks are lovely. Always something to eat. The staff are always lovely and happy to help. If you need to hire a car, see the lady on the table next to reception, she’s English and has great advice. She sorted us a car for 2 days no problems. There is 2 girls who do a bit of singing in the day which is nice round the pool. There’s always music playing but not to loud so chilled vibes. Our room was lovely and had a lovely view, see pics. As I said well be back and hopefully with all the family next year!

This is not a 4* hotel we booked in as a big group with nearly all of us having to move rooms due to poor conditions for our health. We arrived after a long day of travel to a hotel room full of mould and must, the smell was horrible and everything was disgusting. The lack of maintenance to accommodation really gives this hotel a poor vacation stay, when thinking from Google photos it looks like a glamorous 4*, we were very unimpressed with our stay however we did enjoy pool and sea but other than that food and drink is very poorly for all inclusive we would not recommend. Massive revamp on accommodation and restaurant food needed.

Rooms - There is no guarantee that he will be accommodated in the main part of the building. Most Slovaks and Czechs are accommodated in studio units outside the hotel. The rooms in these units are in very poor condition. The master bathroom is horrible. The overall impression would be Max 2 stars, not 4. This was the impression our entire trip had now in September. Don't be fooled by the photos from the travel agency. On Google, these units are called Glaros Studios. The beach - if it can even be called a beach. It can be said that there is none near the hotel. This hotel claims to be by the beach, but in reality you have to walk a few meters in a different direction to see no beach at all. The sea is clean but the entrance to the sea is stony. Food - all inclusive very poor. She ate bland and unseasoned. Pretty much the same thing every day. The best time of the day was breakfast. Desserts are mostly colorful foam cakes. Don't expect any baklava and almost nothing Greek there. We went through Fisher. After 2 days of fighting with the reception, the representative and the head office of Fisher, our room was changed. They moved us to the main part of the hotel. Overall rating 1 out of 5 it was more stress than vacation

Hôtel Check-in was smooth and efficient. We arrived at noon and received our room immediately, as it was already cleaned, rather than waiting until the standard 3 PM check-in time. This was a notable advantage. Room The spacious room was located on the quieter garden side, offering a partial sea view. Only twin beds are available, which can be arranged together or kept separate; no rooms feature double beds. The air conditioning functioned efficiently and was easy to program, an essential feature. The large bathroom included a spacious Italian shower, but the slippery surface poses a significant fall risk, especially for guests over 65. Additionally, the absence of a soap dispenser and shelving forces guests to place toiletries on the floor, making access inconvenient, particularly for elderly visitors. Premises The on-site restaurant operates from 12:30 to 14:30 and 19:00 to 21:00, offering a wide selection of Greek cuisine. The food was excellent and highly recommended for those wishing to explore local flavors. Standard options like pasta, spaghetti, and French fries are also available. All-Inclusive Package The package includes beer, soft drinks, and red, rosé, or white wine, but the beverage quality is subpar. Soft drinks, particularly cola, tasted flat and diluted, prompting my wife to purchase alternatives from a local store. However, the beer was satisfactory. Services Internet connectivity was poor, with a download speed of only 30 kbps, making streaming and online activities challenging. Frequent disconnections caused disruptions, especially for transactions or online gaming. Notably, the restaurant does not provide free Wi-Fi, requiring guests to pay for access. Sunbeds are limited and available only around the pool. Towel reservations before 9 AM are prohibited, as staff remove them, but they are allowed afterward. The beach in front of the hotel is narrow, and sunbeds are not included; renting two sunbeds and an umbrella costs €20 per day. A more affordable and well-organized beach may be a better alternative, particularly in remote areas. Bars A single bar serves soft drinks, beer, and cocktails. However, frappé coffee, a popular summer beverage, is excluded from the all-inclusive package, requiring an additional charge. This policy appears driven by profit rather than guest satisfaction. If known beforehand, it might have influenced our choice of accommodation. Decaffeinated coffee is unavailable, so guests requiring it should bring their own sachets or purchase a Nescafé decaf bottle to prepare their own.

Recently returned from a week’s stay here. The hotel is in a great location direct access to the beach less than 5 minutes walk to the main road full of Restaurants bars and shops. The fun train is at the top of the road from the hotel and is a great trip to Zakynthos town . We were in a room overlooking the main pool it was spacious and working air con with a good view. We enjoyed the pool very much and managed to get beds with shades , but only took beds when we were going to spend time at the pool to allow for the fact it’s busy and not to hog beds we wouldn’t use ! The annexe pool over opposite reception was also great to use . Don’t be put off by bad reviews it’s a lovely family friendly hotel and ticks most boxes for a fantastic holiday . We ate out twice during our stay to avoid repetition in the main restaurant. The restaurant staff are so pleasant and work so hard to keep everything stocked and tables laid ready. Our son joined in with pool games and activities (Joe and Anna I think were the staff running these ) and they were really great Food and drinks ok , food was varied and of a typical buffet style for the cost of the holiday all round we were satisfied Would stay again and defiantly return to Tsilivi as there is so much going on in this resort
