Dont believe the negative reviews this is a laid back peaceful relaxing resort just a few minutes walk from so many bars and restaurants The rooms are spacious and spotless but if love a mug of tea on the balcony bring your own as its just cups n saucers.Dressing gowns n slippers supplied and the little fridge ideal for cold drinks. No mad rush for food breakfast 8 to 10, lunch 12 to 2.30 dinner 7 to 9.30.Ple ty of choice and all tastey...loved the salads and fresh breads.Generous drinks measures. Staff all polite friendly from restaurant ti cleaners and manager always walking around and happy to chat. Our go to bar waz Jokers for tribute acts and the owner would do his best to find you a seat.Magdalenas good too all cocktails 7.50 fron 6pm to12 Sea warm to swim in.Also worth walking round corner from harbour to a little beach there with bars Fun train to Zante Nefis travel Back to roots Tui amazing 1/ 2 day South island tour

Just returned from a lovely relaxing week at the Tesoro Hotel. Good points: Location is great, in a quiet area with great views but only a few minutes walk from the bar/restaurants/shops. Modern hotel, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, shower was great contrary to what other guests have said. Fantastic air conditioning too. Food was plentiful and good quality, with a decent choice for meat eaters and vegetarians. Top pool was our choice, much quieter generally than the lower pool. Manager was very proactive, always checking things, looking to improve things and taking on board what quests were feeding back. Fantastic value overall (for what we paid). Room for improvement: Lack of sunbeds, although more did appear as the week went on. I don’t like having to put a towel on a sunbed at 6am, but some days that was the only way the ensure you got one. Parasols have seen better days, a little tatty and dirty, but again some new ones appeared towards the end of our holiday. Music around the lower pool was sometimes too loud, and quite dated - I appreciate it’s hard to cater for all musical tastes, but there were times it felt like being in a nursing home. Top bar was closed, and I’m not sure why - would be great if it was open rather than having go up and down steps in your wet flip flops carrying drinks. Would also be nice on an evening to sit up there with a drink. Couple of restaurant issues - no pittas for the gyros, cooking station didn’t get going until well into the dinner sitting, had to wait for food to be replenished on an evening (no rice, no pasta, no potatoes for nearly 15 minutes - chef could see guests weren’t happy, the manager wasn’t around so maybe on a day off and it showed), some other potato choice rather than chips would be good. Drinks on an evening were still served in plastic cups, glass would be nice. Snacks were good, but for me they were left out too long and went dry, so maybe either cook to order or replenish them quicker. Beer and wine not amazing, and most drinks were very sweet. We would definitely stay here again - great value and much better than any other hotel for this kind of money, but with some little tweaks it could be amazing.

We have just returned from a fantastic week staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were greeted by the manager at check in and she was highly visible throughout stay- on hand to help with anything. Our room was comfortable, well decorated and had everything we needed. We had read previous reviews about the shower not having hot water which almost put us off booking however their in a knack to using it - detailed in the welcome guide. The hotel was clean and well looked after with daily towel changes if needed. There wasn’t too much noise either, rooms were quire sound proof at night. We had a great view from our balcony - especially at night. Air con was fantastic! And the robes in the room were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable as well. The food was delicious with great variety every night and something even for fussy eaters! The best beef dishes and roast potatoes we’ve had in years! The chef was always present at mealtimes - everyone took pride in what they do. We had the option to extend our room on check out day which was very useful as we had an evening flight. The hotel is very close to the resort just a couple of minutes to walk, and 15 minutes to the beach and some really great restaurants nearby if you wanted to eat out. The hill to get from the hotel to resort is quite steep but it is short and very manageable - although not too sure for wheelchair users.

Just come back from this hotel. Staff are great, rooms fantastic, resort clean and tidy, pool areas well maintained every inch the 4 star hotel except the food, food is awful we ended eating out most days not what you want for an all inclusive

Great service staff are very polite I am on a gluten-free diet. He very helpful and provided me with what I needed, There was one particular stuff in the food hall. He’s absolutely brilliant. Very hard-working their rooms are very nice and clean. We were placed on the fourth floor. The Internet wasn’t very great being so high. The rep penny is very lovely. I would definitely give this hotel a 10 out of 10 and we’ll be coming back very soon.

Really good hotel if you’re looking for a budget getaway. Hotel has everything to offer. Staff are very friendly and supportive. The hotel is in a perfect position in the town of Tsilivi. 5 mins from town centre, 10-15 mins walk to the beach. Food was good, however options are limited most nights but the options they did have were good quality so can’t complain really! Would stay again 100%.
