Alexandra Beach Resort & Spa

We stayed at the hotel at the end of May for a few days. our stay was perfect. all the staff (restaurant, pool etc) were incredibly kind, helpful and supportive. The buffet at breakfast, dinner, etc. had variety and everything was delicious. the employees at the restaurant offered you before you even asked. the cleanliness was remarkable and worth mentioning. the hotel amenities set it apart. one deserves to stay as the hotel stands out for all of the above. I think that if I come back to Zakynthos I will stay in this place again. one deserves to stay.

My boyfriend and I went for 8 days in May! And I have to say, it was amazing :) we unfortunately arrived late in the evening (after dinner time), but they put food in our room so we could still have dinner that evening, which was very nice! Everyone was very sweet and the food was great and diverse! I also loved all the drinks, and you always got a warm welcome from the bar staff, at the reception and in the restaurant. Saturday evening there was a live performance with greek music and dancing, which was lovely! We loved everything about it and we would definitely come back to this hotel!

The overall experience is moderate. The panoramic view from the hotel room is stunning as the hotel is placed on an elavation. Room was well arranged, moden as for Greek standards, always clean and fresh. Comfortable beds. The service is always responsive and amiable. However (depending on your needs, this is my own opinion), this is not a hotel designed for a stay with families. Besides, ocassional events, designed to pair of lovers, rather than for families, there is boredom here. If you look for evening animations for families, there is nothing for kids besides the pool and the beach. From 6 p.m. complete boredom (which might be advantage for some). There is also no entertainers at the hotel. Besides occasional water aerobic events which lasts up to 20 minuter which are designed for oldies there is nothing else. Drinks are moderate. For every drink you have to stay in the queue (there are no tanks from which you can refill even water). No water in hotel rooms - if you need water you have to either buy some at market or ask for a refill in the bar - which is weird. Cusine is good. I'd say usual for all inclusive standards. However, snacks between meals are poor, nothing special, just the leftovers from regular meals. And there are no snacks after dinner, even no banana or aple for your kids. If you also expect a la carte surprise during your stay, you need to go to the hotels restaurant by ypurself and pay for it. No surprises, no gifts that would stay in your memory for long ;). Also, you need to pay for beds at the beach area. In the case of swimming pool beds there is not enough of them in order to get your money from your pocket and pay for beds at the beach area. If you prefer swimming pool you have to wake 7.30, go there and reserve by putting your towel on it. The price for 11 days stay was not adequate for what the hotel offers.

Nice and most friendly staf, great cusine, nice place, clean beach and sea... perfect cleaning service, restaurant all barmans, recepcionists. And of course very nice design beach restaurant and bar Makai.

This is a great family vacation spot with enough privacy for couples. There is a lot of walking, please be aware. The views are incredible, the beach area is private, the breakfast was good, the area is very convenient, the staff was accommodating. The suite with a view was a dream to wake up to every morning. I highly recommend this resort for a family vacation

Excellent service. A very relaxing place to stay with beautiful views. The food was very tasty and everything is nice and clean. A place worth to stay and come back to. There are opportunities to go for a walk, gym or even find a silent place to relax, spa restaurants, pool. Little market by the hotel is very useful.

This was our second time at this hotel having got married there six years ago . The views you get from this hotel are stunning as the hotel is in an elevated position overlooking the beach with panoramic views it has to be the best in Tsilvi. . The pool is amazing with double beds as loungers in the pool where you can lay and relax . The staff deserve a special mention nothing was too much trouble for them from Anastasia on reception , Yannis in the lounge bar who makes the best Gin and tonics , Panagiotis in the blue bar who always made us welcome and Nicos in the restaurant to name a few . Thank you all for making our stay memorable will definitely return again

this was our third time at this hotel, previously visited in 2018 and 2020, and this time was just as good as the last 2, if not, better!! I visited with my parents, and i as a 18 (turned 19 out there) year old. We absolutely cannot fault this hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing, so so lovely and welcoming, and always on hand when we needed something. Special mentions to Stella, Jenny and Spiros in the restaurant, Dennis, Nik and Stavros on the bars, and Anastasia and Sandra on reception!! The food was gorgeous as always, plenty of choice (especially as i am a fussy eater) and always found something to put on my plate. The Greek themed night the hotel did was amazing, brilliant food and then a show by the pool bar with Greek dancers and Dennis playing the music, you were lucky if they didn’t get you up dancing! The hotel is situated in such a lovely area, the beach just below you, (would advise bringing a waterproof camera or phone case and some bread from the restaurant to feed the fish and get amazing pictures!!) and you have a great view of the beautiful sunsets every night, the whole place is perfect. We did a couple boat trips while we were out there, and like the years before, we of course went with Captain Spiros on Levante, absolutely no faults, he knows his stuff, has a great sense of humour and is such a lovely morning/ afternoon out, he always will look after you if you do that trip! Currently trying to convince my parents to come back next year, we will be astounded if we find anywhere better than Alexandra, thank you for another great 2 weeks!

We spent (with my wife and two sons 9 and 11 years old) vacation at the Alexandra Beach Resort & Spa hotel and this time can be considered as a successful time. We spent wonderful eleven days on the island. Alexandra Beach Resort & Spa Hotel: wonderful location, beautiful views of the rising and setting sun from the terrace. Nice and friendly staff, always smiling and helpful
