I will submit a full review at the end of my week, butt i want to let people know of the ridiculously high tourist tax at this hotel.usually yyou would pay around 21 to 35 euros for this, but here it is 7 euros per room per night,so straight away you are down 49 euros tto stay in what is bssically a 3 star at best hotel.I think this charge is way too much.

first time to Tsilivi, but hopefully not last. Hotel is a bit away from main drag, so maybe a 20 min walk there, but lots of restaurants and bars along way. Food here was the top thing - plentiful, fresh and always appealing. Sweets etc were great. Zorba the Greek beer (passable - just) Wines were ok....some of the local hooch and mixers however were a bit hit and miss. Try something until you like one! Staff were great, so helpful. Room overlooked big pool, so was good, clean and spacious enough for 3. Close to local beach (pebbly) and a couple of tavernas. Never really saw much of entertainment at night, and during day was pretty limited, but the guys tried hard each day.

This was the perfect holiday for us, as soon as you arrive you are greeted with smiling happy faces. We got a welcome drink as we checked in which was a lovely touch, we then was shown to our room, the room is basic but that’s all you need really. It’s had a mini fridge ( wasn’t cold maybe just a chiller) with 2 bottles of water in, in the room we had a hair dryer & a safe ( you have to ask reception for the key ). When you check in you need to pay tourist tax this is €25 per room. You can get pool towels from reception which is €10 per person and it’s refundable at end of stay- you get fresh pool towels everyday when you had the dirty ones back. We stayed in A block- it’s around the side of the hotel and we was on ground floor - the only annoying thing is I got worked up by a bin or delivery lorry each morning, they was so loud & noisy but I don’t know if you’d still hear it if you was in a different block of hotel but that issue can’t be helped and has got nothing to do with hotel, it’s just where the room was I think. Drinks - The all inclusive drinks are okay but then again that’s what’s you get with all inclusive. Good cocktail menu and the beer is good, the local beer is Zorbaz beer on tap. They have non branded fizzy drinks on machine but still taste good. Photos of drinks menu are attached. Food- the food at this hotel is really good, best all inclusive food hotel I’ve been too. Something new each day apart from breakfast that’s the same every day but that is hard to mix up. Entertainment- the entertainment team work so hard!. The night entertainment was okay and the Michael Jackson tribute act at hotel was great. They had bingo on a couple nights which is fun €10 and the prize is money. Karaoke was good. They play music during the day around the pool which is nice & have day activities as well in or around the pool such as a music quiz. I highly recommend doing the half day smugglers cove trip- we booked this with the Tui rep was only €6 pp more booking it with rep but at least you know where you stand with Tui reps, got amazing service on that trip from the Tui rep. We also booked the turtle spotting cruise, unfortunately we didn’t see any turtles but was still a good trip again booked it with Tui rep. If you do a trip you can ask the hotel to provide a packed lunch for you - need to ask at least a day before you need it. The packed lunch was really good. I suggest buying or brining a snorkel as you get 2 swim stops on both trips and the water is so lush you can see some fish. I highly recommend visiting kaliva bar ( come out the hotel and turn right, about 5 min walk to the bar ). Such a great bar and on a Saturday they have an Abba tribute - the tribute act was amazing!! Such a good atmosphere- I recommend getting there early to get a seat as it got busy quickly. I highly recommend getting the “ fun train “ into Zante town or laganas or kalamaki, was only €8 per adult return, it left Tsivili at 09:45 and return time leav

Well where do I start . We had a lovely welcome to the hotel thanks to the receptionist with glasses and lovely orange hair she said go have some food before we check in because we was hungry after our flight and bus journey.after food she lead us to our room fairly big room with 2 beds (1single 1 double) plenty of room.lovely balcony decent size 2 pool not bad size.FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WHAT A BLESSING. I’ve enjoyed everything from doughnuts to the chicken a real nice selection and can go to the restaurant down the road but the buffet is just as good.best hotel food I’ve ever had they take real pride in the service when serving. The waiters are very hard working I take my hat off to them all they are non stop all day/night they deserve more break's.the area is perfect I suggest renting a quad if you’re a couple just to have a ride around 100%worth it .I would like to thank the whole of the hotel staff from the cleaners to the waiters to the receptionists amazing people THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR HOLIDAY AMAZING 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏻.

All in all our experience here was good .The food was really good and was always some thing different to choose from but the breakfasts were my favorite .The rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless with loads of toilet rolls given out every day and bottles of drinking water. Magda who worked behind the bar works her socks off and is really polite and should be promoted to front desk.

Nice, clean ,friendly hotel. Comfy beds, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer. Kettle with 2 cups and tea spoons. Tea and coffee ,can get milk at supermarkets. Also tea znd coffee and hot choc at all inclusive bar.Beach towels 10E. .50 min transfer on coach but 25 mins in a taxi and 20 E. If you need to be able to sit to get ready there is no mirror other than in the bathroom or above the fridge. WIFI not good in room unless near reception but didn't matter to us. You can always request one near by if needed. Warm welcome and nice staff work hard. 2 pools, strong smell of chlorine. Tsilivi and Planos merged into one large resort. 4 supermarkets within 2 min walk. Really noisy pub next door with live bands 4 nights a week, music was quieter after Midnight . Had football, rugby and F1 if you're interested. Didnt bother us but if you like an early night or have children ask to be away from the pub. Under flight path but didn't bother us. Pavements v uneven and high kerbs so tricky with push chair or wheelchair. Just off the main Road and ***** that was busy. Loads of bars, restaurants, gift shops, crazy golf etc. Water park good fun. 6 big slides then sprinklers etc for kids. We did half a day which was enough. Bus into town but unreliable, 2 didn't show so shared a taxi into Zante Town which is lovely. Much more authentic and not as touristy. 13E each way or get the tourist train back which is 5E PP .check times back though as last one was 14.30 until much later. Bus terminal up on the hill. Nice cafe there though. 1.60 E each per trip. Hotel close to Bouka Beach but v narrow and sunbeds only for hotels on the beach so go to the right and walk 5 mins where room to sit on sand or rent a bed from bar. Beach needed a good clean. Alot of litter and full bins. But then litter everywhere ( bit like UK ) Cocktails 10E in the bars etc. Frappe about 4E. Cocktails in hotel on all inclusive were awful, but cola, lemonade etc all ok. Juices syrupy but this is normal. We don't drink wine but people said it was ok.You can pay extra for proper drinks or go to the pub or supermarket as we did ( budget depending) Entertainment was mixed, good some nights, dancing, bingo, karaoke that kind of thing. Food was fresh and good quality, plenty of choice, fish, chicken, meats, salads and fruits. Restaurant clean as was bar and snack bar. Was covered which was excellent as no flies on the food. Staff there also lovely. Beautiful cats seemed to be living at hotel, few tiny kittens. Mum cats very skinny and desperate for water. We were filling 4 saucers a day. We are animal lovers so actually take dried cat biscuits with us on ev holiday which don't attract flies. So if you also care for animals please give them food or scraps. They're very friendly. Greece doesn't run a trap, neuter, release program like Spain or other countries and there is no rescue centre. We didn't see any stray dogs though which was a blessing. Car hire and quad bike hire plentiful, remember usua

We stayed at the Admiral hotel for 1 week in September, the rooms were as expected, could do with updating but comfy beds, fresh towels and beds made every day. Staff very helpful around the pool and behind the bar. Entertainment team were fab, keeping the kids and adults entertained all day and evening, really enjoyed the evening entertainment with bingo, quiz's and different acts. Food was brilliant, lots of different choice every day, deserts were also brilliant. Lots of shops, bars near by and lots of places to see around the Island.
