This hotel exceeded my expectations! Room: we had a ground floor room which was very nice with a pool right outside of the room. There was an issue with ants in the room, I did make the hotel aware but I’m not sure they came to do anything about it, it wasn’t a big issue though really. The bathroom was big, decent shower and double sink, fridge with water provided by the hotel daily. The room was cleaned every day - sometimes twice! The staff clearly work hard to keep the hotel looking nice, I sat out on the terrace early in the morning and the staff were out cleaning and tidying everywhere. Staff were friendly, although there was one lady in the bar in the evenings who was quite rude and unhelpful. The food was average, some nights it was excellent, other nights you felt like you had a plate of lots of random things rather than a meal. It’s a standard all inclusive, some things are repetitive. There was a lot of lamb which I personally enjoyed but might not be for everyone. For fussier eaters and children, my son seemed to live off bread and chips but that’s not a criticism of the hotel! He loved the ice cream - there was a freezer full of ice cream and cones, bowls, toppings etc which children could help themselves to. The area outside the hotel was average, lots of shops, restaurants etc a few mins walk. Pools - great selection of pools, the water park is onsite which also has a large pool. There is a lazy river which does get quite busy at peak times as you’d expect. There is a wave pool but they only turn it on for about 15 mins twice a day. There was plenty of sun beds, never struggled to get some. On day one my sons rash vest which was which went a yellow/greenish colour after going in the pool, I heard others mention this so I’m not sure if it was what was used to clean the pool or the actual pool not being clean. There is a bar that you can get iced coffee, snacks like pizza, chips, sandwiches and ice cream (these are chargeable - the ice cream) but as you have to go inside you need to have dried off which can be inconvenient, it would be great if they had a side serving hatch or something where you could walk up without needed to dry off completely. I would definitely go back, but may look to eat out a few times to vary the menu I think!

We had a really nice vacation. The rooms were good and clean. you can have a good time in the water park, I can recommend it to all ages. There is a little town center with tourist shops, bars and restaurants. There is a beach close by, its totally smart to go to the "Gaidaros Beach". It a perfect sandy beach with clear water. The walk to the beach can be a little hard because you have to walk a little bit through the sea but it's totally worth it!

We recently returned from a one-week stay at Aqua Bay Suites. Upon arrival, we were greeted with drinks and checked in promptly. We had two adjoining rooms for our family of five. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and modern, with ample storage. Our only minor issue was a slight gap under the door, which allowed hallway noise to seep in. Occasionally, we were woken by guests returning late or children running down the hall, but we quickly fell back asleep. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet—a definite plus. The waterpark, just a two-minute walk from the hotel, was a highlight of our stay. We visited daily, and both the kids and I loved it. Different slides opened at intervals, which may have been seasonal, but we had plenty of time to enjoy them all. While the large pool was cold, it didn’t bother us. The bar offered all-inclusive drinks, and the snack bar was convenient for the kids’ lunches, though it could use more variety and improve quality. Overall, the waterpark was fantastic, especially for children aged 5 to 15, and the shallow area provided a great spot for downtime. The hotel’s food was decent, though I’ve experienced better at other all-inclusive resorts in Greece. There was plenty of variety, and it changed daily, though my wife and kids, who are picky, found the quality lacking. We also tried the waterpark’s restaurant, which was a step up. The Italian restaurant, a sit-down meal with a set menu, was our favorite; the food quality was excellent. I recommend booking these restaurants as soon as you arrive. One drawback was a noticeable odor near the main restaurant and bar, likely from nearby sewage works. It didn’t impact other areas, but it was unpleasant enough to lose half a star. We mentioned it in our feedback form, as it appears to be a common complaint. The evening entertainment was enjoyable. A mini disco for kids started at 8:30, followed by main events like bingo (we won €280!), acrobatics, and Latino night. The entertainment team was fantastic—friendly, engaging, and great with the kids. The bar staff were efficient with cocktails, and the beer was good. Overall, I’d rate Aqua Bay Suites 4 out of 5 stars. The main restaurant food and the smell near the restaurant each cost half a star. We had a fantastic holiday, and while we’d consider returning, the price feels a bit steep for what we received.

I have recently (feels like forever ago) returned from a great holiday at Aqua Bay Suites. I was actually a bit sceptical about going to Zante in the first place as I always associate it as a party island but my partner gets his tattoos done out there so I didn’t really have a say. Haha. However, I a so glad we went and I would definitely return to Tsilivi, Zante. We were greeted by Aqua Bay Suites with some welcome drinks which were a nice touch. I am an Independent Travel Agent and we were kindly upgraded to a swim up room. Needless to say, our holiday was off to a good start! Room: The room was lovely, it was just my partner and I so it was lovely and spacious for us. Nice and modern. The balcony was nice. It had room for a table and 4 chairs, a huge bean bag for the both of us to lay on, almost like a sun bed. The pool was a good size. It did back onto a bush though and also lacked the sunlight so we actually found ourselves out of the room by the pool or at the beach. For future visitors booking a swim up room, I would recommend requesting one of the rooms near reception as these had the sun on them all day. Our room was cleaned everyday however, they seemed to change the towels in the evening by going round knocking on your door which was sometimes annoying when you’re getting ready! There was a mini fridge in our room which was restocked with 2 big bottles of water each day. Hotel Grounds: Staying in Aqua Bay Suites, you do get access to Planos Bay and Aqua Bay Apartments. Planos Bay definitely wasn’t for us. It was very run down and looked like 3*. We did venture up to the apartments but didn’t spend any time over there, just had a quick mooch. It looked OK from what we saw but very tucked away. Aqua Bay Suites was definitely the best out of the 3. The reception of the hotel was lovely, there were some sofas to chill out on as well as table and chairs. I thought the hotel was always very clean, never any glasses left on tables for too long before they were cleared by staff, never any rubbish lying around. There is also a small seating area out the front of reception which was nice, also covered so you could still sit there if it was bad weather. Was perfect for a chilled night to have some drinks and play some Uno! There are 2 main pools and 1 smaller one for the children. The main pools were not big at all, they could become quite crowded especially when the kids are in there. The pool out the back behind the reception is actually a shared pool for all guests and is also the pool that people have paid a swim up room for. I don’t think this is very fair, especially when people pay more to stay in a swim up room. You also had free access to the waterpark. We ventured over there a few times, it had a couple of slides and a lazy river. It also had a wave pool but I didn’t see this working whilst I was there. There’s a bar so you can still get your drinks and also a snack bar. The waterpark is shared with the locals who can pa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the Aqua Bay Suites after having our hotel changed by TUI from the sister hotel which was closing for a refurbishment. We were a family of 12 from 1 year old to 60s and we had 4 family rooms on the second floor; 3 overlooking the back of the hotel and one looking out the front. These rooms all had pool views onto the swim up pools used for rooms on the bottom floor. First impressions were great, the hotel looked clean and modern, staff on the reception were really welcoming and other staff brought us a welcome drink then helped us to our room with the suitcases. Food - food in the main restaurant was nice, always a good choice of hot and cold foods to choose from. Snack bar menu was good with salads, toasties, pizza etc. and it was the same/similar menu in the water park. Drinks - there was a good choice of drinks on the all inclusive, including soft drinks, local spirits and cocktails. My partner said the all inclusive draught beer was very gassy though and after one or two he had to drink something else - that wasn’t a major problem though as there was lots to choose from! Pool - the main pool at the front of the hotel is very relaxed, we only went there twice on the last two days but wished we had gone sooner as the pool (although cold) was warmer than the water park; and the bar staff here were lovely. One of them was the one who helped us to our room on arrival and he was very friendly all throughout our stay; the other was a female who was really nice, especially to the two toddlers in our group. She took time to speak to them and made sure they were having a good time. Staff - as mentioned above, staff were lovely and this carried on throughout the whole of the hotel. There was another male who worked on the main bar in the hotel and he would help with warming milk for my daughter making sure it was a good temperature for her to drink, this was a nice touch as toddlers are very impatient! Restaurant staff were efficient, cleaning and clearing quickly, also refilling things quickly too. Cleaning staff were always there, very good at their jobs and the hotel was immaculate. All other reception staff were helpful when we needed anything. Rooms - the rooms were a good size with a double bed and two single beds, we also had a travel cot in the room and still had plenty of space to move around. There was a thin duvet on the beds which I prefer rather than just a sheet. There were plenty of pillows available and more in the wardrobe. A digital safe in the wardrobe which was free of charge. Double sinks in the bathrooms, powerful shower with hot water that stayed hot. Towels changed daily during cleaning and then the cleaner knocked on the door in the evening to offer more clean towels after our showers. There were also two TVs, one on each side of the sliding door partition. Mini fridge refilled everyday with fresh bottles water. Shower gel, shampoo, moisturiser and hand wash all available in the bath

We visited at the beginning of July with our 3 year old, just before the school holidays. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink of a prosecco cocktail and mocktail for our little boy. The staff were lovely when he almost immediately knocked the table and all three drinks over! After filling in some forms, they asked if we'd like to book the Italian theme night at the waterpark, which we did, and we were escorted to our room. We had opted for a private pool room, and were on the block behind the hotel pool. This block has rooms above, but there is at least one that is single storey. Pools are overlooked, but the people upstairs didn't spend much time on the balcony, so it was fine. The rooms are modern and clean. A complimentary bottle of wine and some nougat were in the room, and fridge had bottled water. Water is restocked daily. As you come in the door the bathroom is on the left, then you come to the main bedroom, then there are screens to the children’s bedroom, and glass doors to the patio and pool. The doors can be locked and there is a second glass gate that can be pulled across so we had no concerns about our little one getting out (though he did once lock Daddy out on the patio, but I was in the room to let him back in). The pool itself is I believe 1.4m deep and has no shallow end. There is a channel at the end that goes along the length of the block of pools and inflatables and toys that are left by previous guests end up in there. This can be useful, but some of them were getting a bit grotty so would be nice if these were removed more promptly. We used the kids club, which is based at Planos. You don't need to book in advance, just turn up at drop-off time, you'll need your booking reference the first time. It's a 2 hour session and you have to stay within 15 minutes of the hotel. The food at the main restaurant was good for AI, but got a bit repetitive. Scrambled eggs at breakfast had a weird texture, we think they were powdered, but otherwise the quality was good. We left it too late to book the a la carte restaurants, as they only had later sittings, which wasn't suitable for us with a toddler. In hindsight we should have booked this on arrival too. Drinks are OK, the cocktails taste like they are from syrups, and wine from the tap in the restaurant is room temperature and not great, but is better from the bar. The hotel pool had a nice relaxed family feel. We never struggled to get sunloungers and had no problems with ants that some people have complained about. The waterpark is great, with a big kids pool with slides and lazy river. Ice creams there are unfortunately not included in the AI. The water will turn light coloured swimwear yellow and starts coating the inflatables left in the pool. I believe it's a reaction with suncream. We were aware of this and brought dark colours. It did discolour the lining, but it has washed out. There was one day that I had a bad reaction to the chlorine, I believe they had dosed o

Nice hotel with lovely facilities and clean, spacious rooms. Rooms were cleaned multiple times a day and we had a ground floor room which opened up to one of the pools which was perfect. The majority of staff were super friendly. Town is about a 10/15 min walk but it does take about 25 mins to walk to a decent beach. However, I can’t rate this hotel very well because of the disaster that was the food. I’m Vegan and my friend is gluten free and there were incredibly limited plant based options. But the dangerous issue is that the allergens on dishes were completely wrong !!! There was a ‘beef Chinese’ dish which was labelled vegan and vegetarian but clearly wasn’t. When I tried to tell the chef, he didn’t quite understand and just said ‘no that’s meat.’ There was also a pasta salad which was supposedly vegan but had chicken in it. It meant that we couldn’t be comfortable in what we were eating. This is dangerous for people with food allergies!! And needs to be sorted asap. Baring in mind we paid for an all inclusive holiday, we ended up eating out 3 out of the 7 nights! We weren’t impressed. And it’s such a shame because the rest of our stay was so so lovely but we won’t be returning.

Lovely family friendly resort with tucked away private patios outside the room. A lap pool beyond the two lounge chairs. Wonderful buffet breakfast and great service! Rooms cleaned every day. Aqua Bay Suites are a short walk into Tsilivi town where there are many restaurants. English speaking pharmacy a short walk away, by the way. Thank you especially to Anastasia, manager, who extended our stay and to the great front desk service from .Victoria and charming Elida in the Al Fresca restaurant.

On arrival we got cheap white wine and were allocated a room a room far away from the water park and up 2 lifts despite requests for a ground floor room due to health issues. They did offer to try and get us a ground floor room after a few days but as it was we were more secluded where we were which suited us better. The rooms are clean and good standard. The pools green your swimwear but are ok. But there is no swimming after 6pm which was a shame for our children. The waterpark is great for kids and adults with lots of fun slides and water activities. There was limited ice cream, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks in the all inclusive. The beach closest is hardly existant but we found a gem of a bay by alexandra beach resort hotel with a great restaurant that did amazing drinks and food (although not cheap) in lovely chairs and decor right on the beach (makai resto bar). The food was ok, our children loved all the choice, but it was a bit busy and the service wasn’t very good. The town was a short walk away with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Overall our children loved this place but I dont think we would go back.
