Beautiful house, the owner is very kind, she give us a lot of information about the place and the things to do. I recommed. The host made us feel welcome from the start and went out their way to help us have the best experience possible. Absolutely fantastic

We were the first guests at Villa koki zantos and were impressed from the first moment. It was super clean, everything you need was there (and more) - the highlight was the outdoor area with a private pool, barbecue, lots of space and a view of the sea. In addition, it is in a nice and quiet location and you are within a few minutes (on foot) in the city or in the restaurant - it is not far to the local beach either! For us as a family with a small child, the ideal place to relax and unwind and to explore. The airport is not far. The place also offers everything you need, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, car rentals, etc. Anastasia - the owner - is very nice and comes every 4 days to change the towel/bed linen and clean and is always available and available for any request available. We felt incredibly comfortable and didn't want to leave. I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone! we will come back for sure!!!

Booked this villa for 14/08/2023 through Agoda, but when we arrived in Zakynthos we couldn't find it anywhere!! We searched (along with local people) all over Tsilivi and we never found it. None of the Greek people in Tsilivi has eve heard of it either. Thankfully we got a refund and managed to find somewhere else to stay!! BE CAREFUL!!

Villa Koki Zantos Sea ViewReal nice hotel for a getaway in the Greek sun. The people at the hotel are amazing. Especially Dean made our stay here perfect We stayed here for a week and enjoyed it very much. Realy nice rooms. We even had a private swimmingpool

Villa Koki Zantos right on the beach. Service good. Rooms cleaned every day and towels changed. balcony on rooms very big but you out all day. Which I think both prices over top. We did not want to leave to come home had a great time and will definitely return to this Villa. Staff very helpful. Can't wait to return. One thing is a kettle in rooms would be great.

The villa has a very nice design and a really beautiful pool. The fact that the villa is situated near an olive plantation is a plus because it is quiet. Our host Dieter was really nice and recommended us things to visit, restaurants and beaches. She also helped with renting a car.
