Great staff, amazing service, I highly recommend. The rooms are clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. If you're in Plano you should definitely stay here.

This actual hotel building is NOT the one that is shown in the website images. The actual hotel is very rundown. I had immediate safety concerns when I arrived in the evening and saw a group of men hanging out in the parking lot. The pool was closed. It doesn't open until Memorial Day. They fail to mention that anywhere. The 'free breakfast' they advertise is nothing more than pre-wrapped muffins, Nutragrain bars, and coffee. The room itself was very rundown. Dirty and dingy appearance. Everything had a layer of grease on it, despite the fact that the stovetop wasn't even working. There were NO amenities. Just an alarm clock and a TV. NO dishes or cooking utensils, NO hairdryer - NOTHING. The hallway was also dirty. Very low level of security because the exterior entrances always seemed to be open - no key entry required. The hotel grounds were also not appealing. I ended up walking through dirt when going between the hotel and the parking lot. DO NOT stay here! For a nominal amount of extra money, you can stay at the Holiday Inn across the tollway and get the cleanliness and amenities one would reasonably expect.

Hotel Manager Nicole and staff are very professional and greeted me each time with a smile and eager to help and made me feel like I was important. Of course things could be better but I felt that with what they had they made it work to the best of their ability. Hopefully things will get better in the future and I feel it will with support from upper management.

Decided to stay here to split up the trip back home because it was cheap. Booked through a third party and still had to pay an extra $100 at the front desk, not sure if that’s the hotel’s fault or third-party’s site. At the end of the day, I’m out $215 on a room I was promised I’d spend $115 on. I’m not sure who’s fault it is but I’m disappointed. The hotel smells like a fraternity house and is very outdated. Our room is not good. The appliances are outdated, cabinets are scratched, plates/bowls/cups/utensils are not provided in each room and you have to ask for them. The toilet flush doesn’t work properly and there are several permanent stains in our room. The staff is nice though and the A/C worked. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here - spend the extra money and stay somewhere that feels like a $200 per night experience and not here. I won’t edit my review until I have an explanation about why I was overcharged for a less than mediocre hotel circumstance.
