Hotel was very nice! It smelled so good when you 1st walked through the doors! Clean rooms! They also had an awesome breakfast.

Let me start by saying I would definitely stay here again. They had a couple issues while we were there but that is just life and when we told them about them when checking out they ere apologetic and offered us extra points for the inconvenience. I never called back with my number because it really was no big deal. we were only there for one night for a church conference- they were kind enough to allow us to check in early since we arrived in town early- so we were thankful for that, and the employees were so nice. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was super clean, smelled nice, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and plan to on my next business trip to Plano.

Each staff member we encountered was awesome - friendly, helpful and efficient. The property was clean and the breakfast was yummy. Just had a few issues with a noisy bed frame and noisy neighbors and some weird characters hanging around asking for money and then going back in their hotel room. We would probably choose another Marriott property next time.

We have never stayed at a Fairfield Inn, but the business recommended this hotel as being closest to them. We loved our suite, the setup, the amenities and location.

We first stayed at this hotel several years ago and come back whenever we are in the area. The lady at the front desk was friendly, offering our kids coloring books! The free breakfast is excellent - a wide variety of both hot and cold choices and the lady in the dining room has been here on each visit - she is helpful and friendly and makes sure the food display is always well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is quiet and clean.

Another great stay at the Fairfield Inn. We always receive excellent service from the staff and enjoy our stay here. The rooms are clean, there’s plenty of amenities, and the breakfast is good too!
