Although close to the highway, it is quiet. The swimming pool on the first floor is not bad. There is a treadmill. Breakfast is not bad. It would be better if bottled water is provided in the room. Note that most hotels do not have slippers to bring their own.

This hotel was really nice. Great decorations in the lobby and rooms, and I really liked the interesting room layout, with the bed's headboard up against the wall dividing the bedroom and bathroom, and the bed facing out toward the windows. It was definitely different than your standard hotel room! Everything felt modern and stylish. The bed was also really comfortable, the curtains kept the room sufficiently dark, and the shower had good water pressure. I liked that there was a little food pantry area in the lobby where you could buy snacks or cold breakfast (cereal/oatmeal), since the hotel's hot breakfast was not included in the rate. The bar and pool area also looked really nice, though we didn't take advantage of either. It was nice to not have to pay for parking, and we never had any issue with finding a space. The hotel is located right on the freeway so it's not like it is in a scenic location with anything you can walk to, but it is directly across the freeway from The Shops at Legacy, so it is a less than 5-minute drive to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. The only minor thing I could see being an issue for people is that there is no door between the bedroom and sink area (though the sink is behind the wall dividing the bedroom and bathroom) so if one person is up early and the other is still sleeping there could be some sound and light leakage into the bedroom. Also, there is a frosted glass partition separating the shower from the bedroom so that could also let in some light in an otherwise pitch-dark bedroom (you can't see through the glass, so no privacy issues). All in all, if we were to come back to Dallas I would stay here again. The price and location were right for what we needed.

Needed to make reservations to accommodate executives and Melisa was amazing. When planning conferences at an out of town venue she was available to assist me at every turn. Every last minute change was met with “no problem” and “happy to help”. When in Dallas/Plano area please consider this property. You will not be disappointed!

I was in town visiting my mother as I am in the process of moving and we picked this location because it was newer, had good reviews, and had a kitchen making for an extended stay more enjoyable. My mother has mobility issues and we requested a mobility room for my mother when she was staying with me to have ease moving around. Upon check-in, I confirmed it was a mobility-accessible room and was told, ”I see your request for a mobility-accessible room, it says you were assigned one, but if it is not, please let me know” Shouldn't employees know room types and their rate codes in order to assist guests with special needs? The answer should be yes but that isn't always the case. The room was on the 1st floor, also requested, but the room was clearly not mobility-accessible (please see pictures) My elite status with Marriott requires a remedy for not having my GUARANTEED ROOM TYPE. But I did not want to create any issues while staying at the hotel. My mother was kind enough to make the room type work, again not wanting to make issues. But it should be pointed out that key brand standards were missed. Overall, the hotel is great!!! Very well maintained and comfortable, except the requested room type was NOT accommodated.

I was highly impressed with this hotel & the staff. Texas Association of Mediators had their 2 day conference last week-end. The food was the best I've ever had at a conference! The staff was attentive, professional and friendly. One server welcomed me to her home & thanked me for choosing this hotel. Many of the staff have been employed for over 20 years! Everyone made us feel ”at home” and that our business was truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel. Plus, lots of shopping & eating within walking distance.

Jen, Heather and Richard was amazing. I’m on an extended business trip, away from my family and they made me feel so at home. Thanks so much! I had the salmon at Jen’s suggestion and it was delicious. I’ll definitely stay here again my next visit in a couple of weeks.
