We arrived saturday in the afternoon, we had booked a room for 2 nights. We we arrived there was a paper at the door that they were closed, no phone number, no reason. We weren’t notified at all. I tried to call but there was absolute no response. I also emailed the hotel, but also no response, even now three days later, we haven’t heard anything from them. It’s scandalous. If you’d like to place to stay I wouldn’t book here, even if you have paid you are not garantied a room or even a bed for that matter. This absolutely have been the worst ‘stay’ I have ever had in a hotel. For whatever reason you close your hotel at least let your guests know it is not possible and pay them their money back. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t wish it upon anyone

Hôtel plutôt agréable, personnels courtois, literie confortable. Mais gros manquement sur le ménage. Trace de moisissures sur les murs et sur le plafond, j’ai retrouvé plusieurs fois des cheveux dans la baignoire et sur le sol, des toilettes mal lavé. C’est dommage, car le cadre est très bien, mais gros laxisme sur l’hygiène.

La porte de ma chambre et de celles de l’ensemble de mes collègues n’était pas isolée aussi nous étions littéralement dans le couloir, discussions, portes qui claques… Lunette des toilettes cassée Odeur de cigarette dans la chambre Ma chambre (et celles de mes collègues une quinzaine de personnes) était payée par notre société au travers d’une plateforme : certains n’ont eu rien à payer, d’autres seulement la taxe de séjour, et moi la totalité La personne chargée de récupérer les clés le matin était irrespectueuse, insolente Retenez que cet hôtel n’a aucun charme, les chambres ne sont pas agréables et le personnel est insupportable A fuir !!!!

Odeur de cigarette dans la chambre : oreillers + draps avaient l’odeur de tabac froid. Pas de prestation salée au petit déjeuner. Pour un prix de 250 Euros la nuit (période des JO à Versailles). Nous étions en famille . Nous avions réservé 4 chambres à ce prix. Très grosse déception.

Première chambre sans chauffage, après changement de chambre chauffage ingérable, prises électriques non fonctionnelles(rallonge à disposition pour connecter les outils informatiques au chevet) Chasse d'eau des w-c limitée) Draps et sol non nettoyés quotidiennement (trois jours, traces de sang à l'appui avant ma venu... Obligation de redescendre à l'accueil avec ses bagages tous les jours pour réinitialiser la carte d'accès. Et j'en oublie La prestation payée n'est pas fourni

Arrivé à 1h30 du matin sans réservation, le gardien de nuit a été très agréable et compréhensif après mes 10h de route. Nuit très confortable, chambre très propre ainsi que l'hôtel. Parking très bien j'ai pu me garer avec ma depanneuse PL. Le personnel du matin était lui aussi très agréable. Hôtel à recommander quand on est à proximité

Nuit au calme pas de bruit dans le couloirs et on entends pas les autres chambres (juste quelques portes se fermer). Accueil agréable et personnel bienveillant. Petit bémol sur la poussière présente au sol.
