I enjoyed my stay here. I didn't get pictures of my room but it was big ! Keurig coffee, a small kitchenette, 2 beds and a pullout couch bed. Clean room, nice bathroom. Everything worked good. Pool downstairs, a small store with snacks and drinks. Breakfast was yummy 🤤. I would stay again.

The hotel smelled fresh when entering. The hotel room was nice. The shower however was filthy like it has not been cleaned ever.

Staff nice. Every area was clean. Doors don’t go all the way to floor so rooms tend to be a little noisy when people are in the hallway.

It was a clean location but we had LOUD neighbors or someone on our floor was so loud. You could hear them throwing up at 3am so walls are thin.

Internet service stopped working and remained out for 5 days. They are handcuffed to AT&T, known for poor service in Plainview, yet the hotel is prevented from changing providers by their parent company. This is intolerable, and therefore disqualifies Holiday Inn Plainview from future use.

Don't bother staying here The worst place i have stayed in a long time. It cost me 200 for one night for one person due to inclement weather. The child upstairs from me jumped and ran around til 2 am screaming and yelling all night. Made reports to the office and they did nothing. Brwakfast was under cooked and disgusting.
