Everything perfect and with attention to the smallest details.
Very kind and super helpful staff.
They drove us to and from the parking lot with the hotel's electric car.
Spectacular breakfast both for the location and for the quality of food and service.
The hotel also has a club on the beach, Piccolo BBB, which is also beautiful.

Had a junior suite in the annex , it had sea views and a balcony. It was perfect , excellent facilities and very comfortable. Fantastic staff too. Location was within a 3 mins walking distance from restaurants etc . It’s an excellent choice in Pizzo

We only spent one night here after our travel from the US, but it was fabulous. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our bags were lost in transit and they walked us into town to show the best shop to pick up a few clothing items as well as recommended which restaurant would have the best pizza for the night. Domenico also transported us to the train station the next day in their super cool golf cart!

The Piccolo Grand Hotel is in an excellent location for staying in Pizzo. We stayed in a sea view room and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. The staff were also very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast served on the roof terrace overlooking the sea was excellent, it provided a good selection of hot and cold food items including lovely Italian pastries. The coffee was also really good and freshly made. Thank you to all staff for providing us with a very pleasant stay.

The staff is very friendly and customer minded! They offer their support for parking your car on a Sunday when Pizzo is the place to be for the tourists in and out of Italy. The room we stayed was very clean, well designed, offered modern technology, and is very spacious. A joy to relax and see the scenery of Pizzo from the balcony.

Hotel in dire need of a manager (Kala could do a fine job)! Management very poor. For example, we were driven down to Piccolo BBB for lunch, and left there, though the restaurant was full for lunch; we were only told, on day we were leaving, about the lovely rooftop bar with loungers on roof of next building; etc etc. etc. etc. A shame, as the hotel is in great location, beautifully designed and maintained, and has wonderful staff (who just need some direction.)

The most wonderful stay I've ever had. We loved the style of the hotel. Immaculate - staff is fantastic beyond! Kayla- Gustavo- I'm sorry I cannot Remember the other two ladies names -& Kayla's daughter/. Owners are lucky to have nailed it with such a great staff/ /. One fabulous team/.

If you want an unbelievable stay near the center of town this is it. We had two rooms and both were perfect. The owners treat the staff and hotel with exceptional care and in turn the staff treats the hotel and guests as family. Sandra, Kala ,her daughter, vincinso. Calabrese girl, and others I can't remember your names thank you. If I were to build a small hotel or small b&b in the US, I would copy this exactly. Everything is done with meaning and a purpose absolutely wonderful. My wife and I travel the world extensively and our hilton diamond members. But we were just blown away by all the detail in this hotel and the exceptional service from the employees. We will be back. We arrived as guests and are departing after 7nights as friends Wifi very strong hot water very hot. Did not use ac as it was cool just opened windows. One caution for this area is parking it is very limited as in most of pizzo. If your renting a car in any hotel in this area I would call and confirm parking. We used drivers, taxis, and tu tus to get around the hotel called for us. great stay WE WIIL BE BACK!!
