優點：樓下停車方便，房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水很熱出水流暢
缺點：設施維護不好，淋浴間花灑看着很舊，地不乾淨，第一個房間馬桶蓋壞的，換了一個房間窗户又壞的關不上，臨大馬路，晚上很吵，一個床是後加的，晃晃悠悠，沒有床墊特別硬，淋浴間下水管反味，半夜12點多樓下吵架給吵醒了
