Very objective review. The front desk has a good attitude and the room is clean and meets the standards of the whole season. However, I have two points to complain about:
1. Why is there no conditioner? There is only shampoo and shower gel. If I hadn’t brought them myself, my hair would be tangled after washing. Atour has them. Most hotels have them. Did you forget them or you don’t have them?
2. A very, very annoying point! ! ! ! I live on the fourth floor, and the second floor is being renovated! ! ! It was a very cold night. The power went out from 10 o'clock until 4 o'clock in the morning the next day. The toilet could not be flushed.
