OK for an overnight stay near the airport.
We used this place for one night before flying back from Olbia. It’s not a hotel and has more of a hostel vibe. It’s a large house in an estate with two communal areas (one with a kitchen and shared fridge). As it’s pretty much a house, when guests woke up at 5am, we could hear EVERYTHING. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a terrible place just don’t expect a hotel experience. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. I’d recommend as a nice clean place to stay close to the airport but I couldn’t see myself staying there for any great deal of time.

Very nice house with exceptional services. Modern rooms with all the privacy you could wish for. We took the "sea" room that has direct access to the pool. Of course the pool is that added value to have that extra relaxation. Mr. Raimondo was always available and made us feel at home right away.

Eine recht schöne Unterkunft. Die Bilder die hier z.Zt. online sind, scheinen veraltet zu sein. Die Anlage verfügt mittlerweile über eine schöne Poolanlage mit gepflegter Rasenfläche und div. Liegemöglichkeiten. Unser Zimmer lag im EG links neben dem Hpteingang, von der Poolansicht in dem Dinne nach hinten raus. Das Zimmer an sich reichte vollkommen für ein verlängertes Wochenende aus. Lt. Buchungsbeschreibung soll eine tägliche Reinigung, Austausch der Handtücher, neues Klopapier etc. stattfinden; was leider nicht zutraf. Auf Nachfrage beim Eigentümer war die Buchungsbeschr. (angeblich) fehlerhaft, es würde erst ab dem 4. Tag gereinigt etc. werden. Frische Handtücher und Klopapier haben wir uns eigenständig aus dem Depot (Gartenhaus) geholt. Des Weiteren hatten wir direkt den Griff vom Badschrank in der Hand, welchen wir nur provisorisch befestigen konnten, um der Gefahr zu entgehen, uns die rostigen Schrauben beim Waschen/Zähneputzen in die Beine zu hauen. Nach dem Aufhängen des Duschhandtuchs fiel direkt die dafür vorgesehene Stange aus der Halterung. Auf Nachfrage und Bitte um sofortige Reparatur kam der nette Hausbesitzer auch umgehend, konnte die Mängel auf Grund Werkzeug-/Schraubenmangels bis zur Abreise nicht beheben. Sein Sohn kümmert sich bei Ankunft um die neuen Gäste, aber lädt auch gerne seine 10+ Freunde zum Pool ein. Alles in allem hatten wir dort einen schönen Aufenthalt, netter Eigentümer , aber Preis-Leistung wie Schäden, fehlende Reinigung, Austausch von Handtüchern und Aufstockung Klopapier jedoch ein No-Go.
