I need a lost and found email address in the hotel. When I found something missing, I called the hotel several times. A lady left her email address, but after sending it twice, there has been no reply. I hope they can provide an official email address. I want to try and see if I can find it.

Where the storied three rivers meet in downtown Pittsburgh, your own story begins at Hotel Monaco. Housed in a striking 1903 building in the Central Business District across from Mellon Square Park, our boutique hotel has a playfully bold design that’s unafraid to make a statement. Across 248 guest rooms, 13 suites, and 11,300 square feet of meeting space, you’ll see curiously charming touches, like golden birdcage chandeliers, while many of our 13 suites boast separate living rooms with sleeper sofas, soaking tubs and views of the city skyline.

Stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 teens. Loved the location. Easy walking to everything including PNC Park where we caught a Pirates game. The hotel is in the historic Oliver Building in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. Room was big with separate living room that included a pullout couch. Great breakfast included plus the usual Embassy Suites happy hour. Had an issue our first night with the a/c. Woke up at 4:30am and the room was warm. Thermostat was reading 79 in the room even though the air was set to 68. Front desk was super helpful and polite. They sent an engineer up within 5 minutes and he remedied the situation. The room was cool again within 20 minutes and no more issues. We parked upon our arrival across the street in the municipal parking garage under Mellon Square and didn’t move the car until we departed for home. The fee was $20 per day. Valet Parking is also offered by the hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this Embassy Suites and will definitely book here again whenever we return to Pittsburgh.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. When we got to our room we discovered the air conditioner wasn't working and we were missing a TV remote, but two employees arrived within the hour and handled both. Our space (a two room suite with a king bed) was suitable for our needs. We recently stayed in a king room in NYC and by comparison this place was practically a house. The place was clean, no noticeable stains, dirt, dust, etc. The kitchen was adequately stocked with plates, cups, and cookware, and the fridge was ice cold. I was surprised to find relatively close parking in the private lot despite being there during three Pirates' games and Anthrocon. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly. My small list of nitpicks: - I wish the kitchen had a toaster and an actual coffee pot (or a Keurig) - The TVs had just a few streaming options (Netflix, Prime, and Pluto) and either I didn't know how to cast or the TVs didn't have that option. - While they did thankfully fix our A/C, it did struggle to maintain an admittedly cold setting (in its defense it was in the 90s the entire time) - Maybe it was just our fridge, but the ice machine didn't work in the freezer and we used the one ice cube tray quickly each day (because, again, over 90 out).

The hotel's American breakfast pattern is OK, because there are many people to eat, you can get the room. The front parking lot is free, and there is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room is big enough. The downside is that the air conditioner has a loud sound and the wind direction cannot be adjusted. Because it is too late to stay, I don't know if the hotel can solve this problem.

BUGS IN OUR ROOM NEXT TO OUR BED. Me and my gf got a room here to celebrate our anniversary we noticed right away the smell of room was unclean but i decided not to complain BIG MISTAKE we found two bugs in the room one that my gf described as a “ long black bug” that she found in the bathroom that scurried away under the carpet but I found a dead roach less than a foot from our bed and called the front desk immediately and said they would move us to another room so we had to move all our stuff in the middle of the night and they still refused to give us a refund then kept calling us the next day to get out of the room if you’re looking for a deal on a hotel in Pittsburg we some much nicer looking hotels on our way there that I’m sure are worth the upgrade

Hampton Inn Pittsburgh/Greentree I apologize in advance for the lengthy review but I needed to warn other people about this place, specially Hilton Members that time and time again bring business to the brand with our stays. If I could leave 0 star I would, this hotel left something to be desired. I really don't understand how they have 4 stars on Google, all I can think of is managment encouraging their employees, friends and families to write bogus reviews to raise their score. I really don't want to believe a Hilton brand would stoop so low but then again this hotel seem to be run by very rude and unprofessional people so I can't rule anything out. The property was old and outdated. Now I'm not super picky about things like that but when my room smells horrible and the ceiling in the bathroom on top of the tub is cracking and pieces of drywall are falling on me while showering, well that's when we have a problem. I understand a building being outdated but maintenance should never ever fall behind, especially in a Hilton brand. As a Hilton Diamond member that has stay with the brand everytime I travel domestically or internationally, this is not what I have come to expect from them. On top of that the staff was extremely unhelpful, rude and unwelcoming. They all seem like they did not want to be there and were all having the worst day according to their body language and behavior towards the guest. I was traveling with my partner and she's a god damn saint and didn't want to bother anyone or get anyone in trouble, she told me it was just a 3 nights stay and to just let it go, so I didn't say anything while we were there. Now the last drop came when we arrived home and I sat down, and went to check the receipt from the hotel(side note-I usually don't check my Hilton stay receipts till a couple days after check out, but this people did not inspired any confidence in me). I am glad I checked because there was a $267 cleaning fee attached. I immediately called the hotel but the agent said he didn't know what that cleaning fee meant so I had to call back the next day in the morning to speak with his manager Rebecca. I called the next day in the morning and asked to speak with Rebecca, they send me to her voice-mail, so I got tired of being thrown around like a god damn ball and decided to call the diamond desk. They contacted the hotel and put me through to talk to someone(this person was not the manager Rebecca, it was a front desk agent) The lady said the Cleaning Fee was for smoking. Now I was really pissed, I have ashtma and obviously do not smoke at all, and my partner does not smoke either, she doesn't even drink. I explained that it was not possible that we could have smoke in that room and asked what proved they had to make that statement and charge me a fee without even notifying me before leaving the hotel, all the lady said was that it smelled like someone smoked. I reiterated that it was not possible and she kept saying the same thing. A

I always start a review with the positives. I also don't like to be part of the problem but part of the solution and try to always offer helpful suggestions if I make a valid complaint. That said... The room at the Holiday Inn PIT Airport was PRETTY clean. I saw dark, long hairs on the bathroom floor (my hair is short and blonde,) and in the tub which led me to think the bathroom wasn't clean. However, the toilet and sink were seemingly wiped down and plenty of towels were accessible. The beds are comfy, the rooms are large, and we appreciate the outdoor pool in the warmer months. My husband and I stay here quite often, as many as 4 times a year or more, often with a multi-night stay, and we enjoy using the pool. The location for us is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the airport. Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport in general meets our needs. The breakfast is very good. Lots of a variety of hot foods and coffee. The waitstaff is always helpful in bringing out supplies, refilling coffee, hot food, a ”to go” bag if needed, etc. That all said, there is this very heavy set MEAN blonde lady with glasses that makes us cower and cringe each time we enter the hotel. We DON'T want to ask her for anything as she ALWAYS makes us feel like we are BOTHERING her. She seems to work the day shift, from early morning til 3 p.m. or so, as we have noticed and we try to make my requests and ask questions AFTER she is gone for the day. How ridiculous is this?!! Case in point: During one particular stay, I asked for more bars of soap for our room. I prefer bar soap. I shouldn't have to feel ”sheepish” about asking. They are mini and not full-sized bars of soap. We usually stay an average of 3 nights when we come to town and the hubs and i prefer bar soap to the bodywash and need more than one teensy bar for the two of us between the shower and sink for 3 days of usage. Get this one....She told us to use the bodywash in the containers on the shower wall and asked us if we had checked to see if the container of body wash was full!!!?? She seems to like to provoke an ARGUMENT! Then she preceded to tell us how she was instructed to hand out the minimum as in the case of the soap. I was thinking: ” Lady, please just open the drawer behind you and give us the dang soap!!” It's NOT a difficult request. I'm thinking: What happened to the old adage, ”The customer is always right?” The staff certainly should not ARGUE with the customer. A hotel front desk clerk works in the hospitality business and should provide the customer with ”hassle free” service. NOT! We don't ask for much. We don't ask for the room to be serviced with fresh towels, etc. during our usual 2 to 3 night stay. Was asking for mini bars of soap too difficult of a request? Today in our hotel room, I went to wash my hands after leftovers from an early lunch (around 11:00 a.m.,) to find that there was NO WATER. It had obviously been shut off. Why? We called the front desk to find out what happene

Excellent
GGuest UserWe asked for city view and our room was on the 20th floor. Gorgeous view! The room was clean, everything we needed was provided at a reasonable price. The pool on the 4th floor with a view of the iconic yellow bridge was fantastic. Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and helpful, with great pointers for restaurants. The next time we go to Pittsburgh we will be staying here again.
Ddevin998Very very good hotel, very new and new, relying only on the PPG building, the real downtown, and the environment is very good. The rooms are tall, clean, hygienic and well-heated. The kitchen supplies are good. Will choose this hotel next time, the price is very high, I strongly recommend everyone to choose.
WWENLUThe location is particularly good. If the weather is good, I feel that I can walk to most places. I can go straight to lyft and get cheap. Pittsburgh has bad traffic. In this place, it is more worry-free to drive others than to drive. I feel that the service is very good, but the first The shortcoming of the tripartite reservation is that a lot of services can't be enjoyed. If you apply for a member directly, you will have more free services. If you go online, you only have free low-speed traffic. If you are at high speed, you can reduce 10 knives, which is 5 knives per day. Not expensive! The lobby is really good! There is a free apple at the front desk and a variety of fruit soaking water every day! The room is a bit small, the air conditioning is very good, the water pressure is also very good, the bed is very comfortable! But Ctrip is really cheap, and the US website has a tax of more than 10%!
YyinhuilouThe hotel itself is good, the location is in the city center, it is very convenient to walk around and eat. Parking can stop at the parking building across the road, but the hotel charges $30 a day for the night, the parking lot price is $28 overnight, but the second day when I left, I charged $12, I suggest you go directly to the parking lot. In addition, when booking, it is said that breakfast is included, but the order that is ultimately generated does not include breakfast. I hope that Trip.com can be consistent in this regard.
NNixonThe staff here was amazing! I booked the studio apartment and it was not that clean, it felt like i was living in someone else’s apartment while they were away for the weekend. There were bed bugs in the studio and once i notified the front desk they were quick to move me to another apartment with updated amenities.
GGuest UserThe staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was decent, but not great. The location is fantastic if you're in town for a ballgame. However, my room was at the very north end of the hotel near the highway and the road noises at night was pretty bad/loud due to the elevated roadway.
The reason for my terrible rating on cleanliness is that when I turned down my sheets, I had black flecks of something all in my sheets, as well as a long dark hair under the top sheet I could see. Additionally, I had some sort of dead bug on my side table. It looked like potentially a bed bug, so I didn't get much sleep the only night I was there.
I'd recommend this hotel to stay at with a few caveats of asking for a room on the south end of the hotel as well as checking your sheets as soon as you get into your room.
Weekend in Pittsburgh for a concert at Mr. Smalls, then some sightseeing. This was close to Millvale and the ***** district, and had some of the best pricing in the area for the amenities I was looking for: shuttle, pool, free breakfast, free WIFI. Also hoped for free parking, but even with paid parking, the daily rate was less than others in the area. The hotel is modern and clean, albeit laid out a little weird- you park in the back on the second floor, and have to go downstairs for the check in desk. There are both stairs and elevators, so access is not an issue. And there is a door on the first floor street level, as well as a limited time parking area to pull up to that door and check in if you wanted to. Do not be intimidated by the neighborhood- the surrounding houses look a little worn, and there were some panhandlers around, but we came and went at all hours and never felt unsafe. Do mind traffic as there are some pretty large, somewhat confusing intersections nearby (though that seems to be kinda par for the course for the city). Our room was nicely appointed, and we had a decent view of the city from the fourth floor (facing the main road). There is also a patio/deck on the sixth floor if you like wide city views. The heated pool was wonderfully relaxing, but check if there are towels in the pool area before entering! Breakfast included cereals, breads, waffles, small selection of yogurt and fresh fruit. There were also hot items- scrambled eggs and sausage for the two days we were there. I can't have gluten, so I was grateful for the hot items, but unfortunately the eggs were somewhere between rubbery and hard both days. Sausage was delicious though. And please stock more bananas! The shuttle was very handy, especially when we got caught in a rain storm after walking across to the ***** district for dinner. Make sure you take a card with the phone number at the front desk! The driver was super friendly and knew her way around well. Mattress was a little too hard for our tastes, but the mix of squishy and firm pillows was great! and there were five of them for two of us, so we had options to get comfy with! WIFI was decent strength and easy to connect to. Our room faced the street and highways, but the street noise was minimal. Good blackout curtains, too. Overall, we were happy with our stay. We felt safe, clean, and partner really enjoyed the waffle maker and yogurts at breakfast. Would stay again.
LLombardoI booked this for a business trip, out of convenience to be able to walk to my office. Facilities were decent. I did not interact with hotel staff very much, but those interactions were pleasant. Room itself felt a bit dated, but served its purpose.
GGuest UserThis Holiday Inn Express is a dump, every other Holiday Inn Express has been great except this one and apparently management oversight doesn't care as this is another very similar review from others that did not care much for this hotel. Filthy, had to change rooms due to the mold and mildew in the bathroom shower and the sewer odor on the floor. New room on a different floor was slightly cleaner until you see all the hair on the bathroom floor and no fan, after a 1 hot shower, the ceiling is dripping with water. Bought clorex wipes to clean the area. Found a dirty shirt from a previous guest on the floor underneath an ottoman. $22/night for parking is a ripoff and the gate to get into the lot is broke. The entry door in the back near the parking lot, that is supposed to open with your room card, is propped open night and day, must be broke and can be a security issue. Stairwell had trash in it. Couldn't wait to be out of the room.
GgzvvloveThe public area is old and dirty. The doors are still there, the floors and tables are not cleaned, except for the bed. The breakfast is just packed. No slippers or toothbrushes are provided. There is no convenience store nearby.
