"The location is particularly good. If the weather is good, I feel that I can walk to most places. I can go straight to lyft and get cheap. Pittsburgh has bad traffic. In this place, it is more worry-free to drive others than to drive. I feel that the service is very good, but the first The shortcoming of the tripartite reservation is that a lot of services can't be enjoyed. If you apply for a member directly, you will have more free services. If you go online, you only have free low-speed traffic. If you are at high speed, you can reduce 10 knives, which is 5 knives per day. Not expensive! The lobby is really good! There is a free apple at the front desk and a variety of fruit soaking water every day! The room is a bit small, the air conditioning is very good, the water pressure is also very good, the bed is very comfortable! "Although this hotel is inn, but the price is a bit high, the room on the first day roared loudly on the 11th floor, this sound can not imagine the sound of the roar with earplugs, the next day asked to change Room, the front desk staff had a woman's face stinking, changed to the 6th floor roaring, no air conditioning sound is still very loud, but in the acceptable range, the restaurant is close to the theater store, the location is in Pittsburgh It’s the city center, where the residents are still very simple, and there are not many Asians."

"The hotel was very clean except the shower area which had a bit of soap residue and was slightly slippery. The free breakfast was great with all you can drink coffee and fruit juices, with hot items including sausage eggs and pancake. The gym and pool was not heavily utilized and provided good privacy during my stay."

"I am already staying for the second time. The breakfast is good and very rich. If you are still not satisfied, there are pancakes on the spot, but at your own expense, give a good review! And the room can be cooked and eaten. I used to cook some noodles and add some spicy food to eat and eat. The whole hotel gives a very comfortable feeling."

YYiyoushangwuThe overall experience of this stay was good. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete, which could meet daily needs. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic, and the service was efficient. The hotel is conveniently located, and the surrounding transportation and catering are very convenient. However, the breakfast variety is a bit single. But overall, the cost performance is quite high, it is worth recommending, and I will choose to stay next time.

AAixinxiaojueluoThe hotel rooms are consistent with the official photos. The transportation is convenient. It takes only ten minutes to drive to downtown, the University of Pittsburgh, and the mountaintop view. There is free parking, a standard American breakfast, which is very rich, and the hotel front desk service is friendly. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, with cheap prices, which is very convenient for buying daily necessities and food.

GGuest UserReally good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!

GGuest UserThe staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was decent, but not great. The location is fantastic if you're in town for a ballgame. However, my room was at the very north end of the hotel near the highway and the road noises at night was pretty bad/loud due to the elevated roadway.
The reason for my terrible rating on cleanliness is that when I turned down my sheets, I had black flecks of something all in my sheets, as well as a long dark hair under the top sheet I could see. Additionally, I had some sort of dead bug on my side table. It looked like potentially a bed bug, so I didn't get much sleep the only night I was there.
I'd recommend this hotel to stay at with a few caveats of asking for a room on the south end of the hotel as well as checking your sheets as soon as you get into your room.

LLINThe breakfast was nice and plentiful, the room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk was welcoming. The location is not easy to find, the hotel name and the signboard are not very consistent. The navigation was a mountain road and it took a lot of effort to find it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the center of Pittsburgh (south side of the Monongahela river). The city can be easily explored on foot from there, you can reach the downtown area in 30 minutes on foot. Only negative point is that you need to walk through rather shady area which might some people feeling unsafe with. The hotel itself is good, the room was spacious and the beds very comfortable, the bathroom though showed tiny spots of mold - nothing serious though. Breakfast was served downstairs in a nice environment. It had a big selection (eggs, bacon, sausages, sweets, bread, cream cheese, jam and yoghurts as well as oatmeal) and was very tasty - which we enjoyed.
The coffee machine inside the room was really crappy, I pressed the button for inserting the coffee and it fell almost apart. I notified the receptionist and he told me I could always get coffee and hot water from the breakfast area which was highly appreciated.
As I stayed there on a weekend I used a public parking lot - for free - in the direct vicinity and did not pay for the rather expensive hotel parking.
