Not impressed. charged extra 20 to park. no breakfast included. rooms ok nothing special.

The window of the old hotel cannot be opened. It is already taking a shower. The shower gel and shampoo are actually locked? Then let the staff come to unlock and take a bath? Unimaginable hardship and stinginess. I didn't borrow an umbrella when it rained, and the attitude of the staff was average.

I didn’t like how much it cost to park. But I loved the overall experience. Texting my phone to see if I needed anything was very cool! And the property was nice. Wish the exhaust fans worked in the bathrooms (unless it was just mine) because everything got so steamy and wet. But I will definitely be back.

The hotel location next to PPG Paints arena was prime. Nice staff, pool, large room, food. All these great things are overshadowed by no hot water in shower. Zero hot water.

Our room needs some tlc but it was a nice room. Bathroom missing towel holder behind door, dirty on the side lounge, wrappers in cushion, dirty behind the nightstands, plus a hard throw blanket in closte, and the tracking for closet is dangerous.

Stayed for 2 days. Right next door to PPG arena which was great as we were seeing Madonna. The lobby and bar were beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The king suite was the perfect size for 2 people. Went down to the pool and hot tub, had the place to ourselves. Water was clean and warm. Only negative here was some powdered chlorine or other chemical that my friend sat on, gave her a burn. Despite that i would definitely stay here again, for comfort and convenience.

From check in to check out, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this hotel! We had a small issue with our key card working and within 5 minutes they had maintenance on it and we were in our room with new cards! The room was spacious and comfortable from the bedding to the couch! We stayed in a king suite. The bartender was friendly and the food was delicious! I WILL be staying here again!

pool was awesome! room set up and size was awesome with suite style rooms. only downside was carpets were stained and dated and 35 dollar parking, other than that it was a great fit for our family.
