I booked this for a business trip, out of convenience to be able to walk to my office. Facilities were decent. I did not interact with hotel staff very much, but those interactions were pleasant. Room itself felt a bit dated, but served its purpose.

I lived on the 19th floor, and a little mouse ran into the room. Even though I was moved to another room, I was still disgusted.
