Wonderful people & location! They saved our bacon after we gad been scrrewed by misrepresentation at an AirBNB! Will definitely return! Lovely pool! Great breakfast! Helpful people. Amazing location amid olive groves & vineyards!

Knowing nothing about the area, other than wanting to visit Pitigliano but not stay there, this was an excellent choice. Having indicated our approximate arrival time, we received the warmest welcome possible from Maria Elena, (very easy to communicate with beforehand) who was so pleased to welcome guests from England after Covid. We had room 2, with a kitchenette and a wonderful balcony along the front of the house, overlooking the vineyards and sunset. She gave recommendations for restaurants in Pitigliano, and parking areas. So helpful. And her family’s wine in the room! Lovely breakfast as well. Thank you.

Farmhouse with themed rooms, we slept in Lupine's room. Apartment also equipped with a small kitchen, although we did not use it. Assorted breakfast. Two minutes by car from the center of Pitigliano. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Recommended if you happen to be in the area.

I stayed with friends in this nice, comfortable facility for visiting villages (it's a stone's throw from Pitigliano) and quiet. Mrs. Maria Elena is very kind and nice, quality of sleep, good normal breakfast, the apartment could do with a refresh but overall we had a good time

Perfectly cared for in detail, welcoming and hospitable starting from the management. Large and well-kept rooms, books in the room for guests to read. We stayed in a mini apartment which has a kitchen but all rooms have a kettle to make your own hot herbal tea. The exteriors are extremely well cared for, plants in excellent condition. Very comfortable setups for spending time in company and/or relaxing outdoors. Stay in November did not allow use of the wonderful outdoor pool. Absolutely to return to this paradise.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness and facilities. There are no dishes in the kitchen. We didn't have any plates. The towels are already yellowish stained when they are fresh. The shower hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The pool is not well maintained. The location is good for visiting the town of Pitigliano, however. It is also not far from Lake Bolsena.

My experience was magnificent, worth all the 5 stars I gave. The staff is very kind and always available, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast with typical products is very abundant and buffet style.

Pretty residence five minutes from Pitigliano. We stayed in a two-room apartment, well furnished and spacious. Excellent breakfast with organic and homemade products. Worth noting is the friendliness and pleasant welcome of the owners. Recommended, given the location, also to admire the numerous beauties of the area.
