Beautifully and tastefully furnished (perhaps I would add a television in the double bedroom, although given the location, you can see the TV in the other room, as the rooms are not separated by doors). As for parking, I have to say it's quite an inconvenience; the property is in the ZTL (limited traffic zone), so you have to park your car about ten minutes away on foot (so not recommended for those traveling with a lot of luggage). As for the services, let's just say it wasn't good at all. Let's start with the fact that there's absolutely no phone service, so Wi-Fi is essential, a connection that the property provides through a voucher for the duration of your stay. It's a shame that we rented the room for two days, but after 24 hours, on a Sunday evening, the access expired and we were left without the ability to connect and communicate! Let's move on to breakfast; the property gives you the opportunity to take advantage of this service, relying on bars, using vouchers. When we arrived, the guy gave us the voucher and showed us the bar, 10 meters from the property, where we could have breakfast. What a shame! The bar was closed the following days. We sent messages asking for an explanation but received no response. When we were leaving, we were told that the messages had gone unnoticed and that we could use breakfast at other bars! He also apologized for the internet inconvenience! These are certainly setbacks that can happen, but a property that only rents rooms should work on being attentive and making small arrangements. In this case, I'm sorry to say, but these were lacking.
