The best hotel in Tuscany. The rooms are fabulous but the staff is even better. They all always greet u with a smile and they don't know the word " no " or I'm sorry we can't. Truly the best hotel I have ever been too. Tell them Steven sent u ))) enjoy my friends enjoy. 🧡

Family and friends of mine stayed at this lovely hotel when we were near Pistoia for a family wedding. On Saturday, September 29, my husband and I had dinner in Pistoia with the group lodging at Palazzo 42. We attempted to get a taxi to go back to the wedding site 15 minutes away, and there was not a single taxi to be hailed or phoned. The kind woman at the front desk phoned her manager Sara, and Sara personally drove us to the hotel owner, Emanuele, who personally drove us back to the wedding villa. We were deeply touched by this act of kindness. Furthermore, Pistoia is such a charming town. We plan to visit on our next trip to Tuscany, and we will stay at this hotel. Grazie mille!

We had a wonderful time during our holiday in Pistoia at a lovely family-owned hotel. The staff was excellent, especially Sara, who became my favorite! We had planned to stay for six nights but ended up extending our stay to seven because we enjoyed it so much. The hotel was clean beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The hotel's location in the center of Pistoia was very convenient, and the staff gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The parking was close to the hotel, and I felt safe there. We are already looking forward to visiting again next year. We will be coming back! Nice Hotel and nice staff. The room was nice and big and the hotel is located in the center with a lot of shops. Breakfast was good and it is located on the first floor so who sleeps until 08:00 or more i recommend to sleep in a different floor or stay far from where breakfast is so you don't hear persons talking or dogs barking and on Saturday morning there is the market where the hotel is.

superb location in centre and parking was 5 mins walk very helpful staff met us to show us were to park as there was market on that day so we couldnt park out front of the hotel .breakfast had good choice with fresh coffee not from a machine , def go back

Wonderful hotel. I wish I could have stayed here more than one night. The hotel is centrally located in the center in a safe shopping area. The front door is accessible only with a code for extra security. The reception staff was friendly. The room was modern, colorful, clean, and cheerful. There was a welcoming gift bag of candy on the bed. The air conditioning worked fast and well. The TV had a lot of channels in many languages. The bathroom was spacious and the bath products were high quality. I regret that I left too early to partake of the breakfast bar because it looked like it was very well stocked.

This hotel saved our night after a long trip back from Sardinia and an emergency at the italian highway. They helped us even sending a taxi to pick us up from the middle of nowhere, where we were with the broken car. They took well care of us, amazing employees! The hotel is very beautiful, amazing design, confortable and warm, we never heard of Pistoia until last night and now we would love to come back and stay again at this beautiful property (and properly enjoy) our time in Pistoia. We stayed here one night while on vacation. It was a perfect place. Very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and we slept great. The breakfast was €9 extra and was wonderful. The location was great, just short walk to the city center and a gelato shop just downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. Pistoia was a great city to visit.

Very nice, maybe flawless, room, in a great location and in a very picturesque town. I was sorry I only stayed 1 night and that I didn't have time for breakfast. A but convoluted to navigate to it, but it was worth it.
