A reservation was made for my mum and initially it was going okay, until she started hearing knocks on her room door, she went to the door several times but no one was there but the knocks kept on coming. She reached out to me and we were all worried now for her as she went alone. There was no one at the hotel, she called the hotel and I did too from my end, but no response. This was 23:00. At this point,she was freaking out and she had to call the Police. The Police came and confirmed that there was NO ONE in the whole hotel which was strange. No receptionist,nothing!!! My mum stayed awake all night and in the morning, the owner claimed that they live in the property and that my mum was talking loudly and that was why the next door guest knocked at her door. Now no one confronted her to tell her that she should keep it down if truly that claim was true. The owner didn’t tell her neither did the guest. When the Police came, my mum was the one who opened the door for the Police to gain entrance into the property. NO ONE came out to say she was talking loudly. How do you keep knocking and not show your face and then no single person was in the whole hotel except my mum? Confirmed by the POLICE! Extremely bad experience that left my whole family on edge and my mum traumatized.

Ho avuto un problema con i codici per una dimenticanza mia lo staff e’ stato subito attento e disponibile a risolvermi il problema
Quando andrò di nuovo a Pistoia prenoterò di sicuro qui

Questo piccolo hotel è stato molto confortevole sia per la camera familiare con accesso anche indipendente, sia per l’uso delle piscine, che per l’accoglienza al nostro cane di taglia media.posizionato in zona tranquilla con varie attività commerciali e di ristorazione vicine. Buona colazione interna.

L'hotel è discreto ma adatto a visite brevi di lavoro, bagni non molto spaziosi ma completi letti abbastanza confortevoli colazione dolce discreta la salata non abbondante (solo pane prosciutto cotto e formaggio) la reception è chiusa la notte.

Molto gentili sia in fase di prenotazione che alla reception. Peccato non servano la colazione forse perché fuori stagione ma a due passi c'è una caffetteria pasticceria buoni. Puliti, per evitare sorprese ti permettono di portare la mtb in camera. Comodo per i week end di gara.

Vi ho soggiornato per un weekend con la mia famiglia e la mia esperienza è nel complesso positiva. Per chi non ci fosse ancora stato posso dire che l'albergo è situato su una delle vie principali di Pistoia, a pochi km dall'ingresso dell'autostrada di Firenze, vicino una fermata di autobus e non lontano dalla stazione. La struttura è piccolina con un ché di rustico, è purtroppo sprovvista di ascensore e sala ristorante, ma al suo interno ha una piccola saletta per le colazioni ber rifornita. La stanza in cui ho soggiornato affacciava su un parco e l'atmosfera in generale è molto tranquilla. La pulizia e il cambio asciugamani sono giornalieri, il che è davvero fantastico; oltretutto la cortesia e la professionalità dello staff sono state impeccabili. L'hotel dispone anche di una piscina (chiusa durante il nostro soggiorno) e di un paio di posti auto. Tenendo conto di tutti questi parametri, il rapporto qualità - prezzo è buono.
