Pisac Inca Guest House

We stayed in the annex (pictured with the circular pit in the foreground). The room was very nice and comfortable. The view of the mountains from the room was spectacular (not the view from the main hotel). Great place to relax for a few days and acclimate. There was a very nice, well appointed, kitchen available for use and a terrace with views too. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was outstanding! The breakfast included individually prepared offerings of excellent quality. The room included a small kitchenette which would have been perfect if it included a tea maker and a couple of cups but it did not include even a spoon. Opportunity missed. The hot water in the shower was sporadic varying between scalding and cold within a minute. There is no TV in the room (which is fine) but someone below us DID have one and it was loud! The walk back to the hotel after dark seemed a big dodgy but we were fine.

I've been coming to Pisac for years, and Pisac Inca is absolutely the perfect mix of being close to town -- a short and lovely walk in -- but just far enough away that it's almost completely removed from the noise of the town that might wake light sleepers. Breakfast included. Solseed is a short walk away. Lovely staff. If you're hoping to stay for week or longer and don't need anything fancy, I *highly* recommend this place.

A well-appointed and well-maintained hotel. An otherwise lovely stay was marred by an error in customer service where the staff did not take responsibility for a lack of communication on their end and displayed a rigidity and defensive, personal attitude with the client that felt out of line for a 3-star hotel at this high price point for Pisac. We no longer felt comfortable there and left the hotel to find another accommodation.

A lovely, clean guest house. The room (double) was certainly big enough for two persons. We were well looked after. The breakfast had a selection and was very filling. Location was in a quiet street, yet very close to central Pisac. Would stay again.

I stayed here with a group of twelve guests and the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. The Hotel is family-run, with all the decoration, food, taxi service, and admin tasks organised between them. We all got sick from the altitude and they were very caring, cooking us special food to help us recuperate. All dietary requirements were catered for and we were given lovely packed lunches for our day trips. The hotel is right near the centre, with easy access to the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

From start to finish our family felt well cared for during our stay. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and cleaned daily by the staff. There was a common room with a fridge and stove and lovely courtyards. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to help us find a doctor when our daughters became ill. The breakfasts (which were included) were superb! I highly recommend Pisac Inca Guesthouse!
