Absolutely stubbing! Our best hotel for this Europe trip of 2 weeks. Huge room, huge toilet with rain shower. Great hospitality and perfect location near the train station as well. Walking distance to attractions and nice restaurants. Well done!

BBigPhoenixThe hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the train station and a 20-minute walk from the Pisa Tower. From here to the tower there is a very bustling and beautiful shopping area.
This is an old, ancient hotel, which has been renovated inside and the toilet area. The rooms are clean, with simple amenities. The elevator is a bit old, the furniture is a bit old.
The breakfast is great and quite rich, equivalent to the quality of a 4-star hotel.
For the price and what you get, I rate this hotel as worthy of 5 stars ++, the hotel has met most of the basic needs, with a great location, an above-expected breakfast and an affordable price.

GGuest UserThe service is excellent and the staff are super friendly and patient. They help us to print boarding pass and call taxi to the airport. However, the room is small, which doesn’t fit the standard of a 4-star hotel. It takes a 20mins walk to pisa tower which is okay.

LLinhNg93Great location for a short day trip to Pisa as it is right opposite Pisa Centrale Station. Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel. The male receptionist who checked us in last night was quite cold but the lady receptionist today was very nice. She offered us to use the washroom after check-out and before heading out to the station. Hotels don’t give you free bottle of water though so just a reminder to buy your own.

GGuest UserThe location is good. Although it is far from the attractions, there is a large essenluga supermarket within 5 minutes on the 1+ route. The disadvantage is that the hotel is small and the hygiene is average. There are some marks on the table in the room that have not been cleaned, and there are large scratches on the floor. In addition, in November, the weather was about 5° at night, and the air conditioner in the room did not heat. The air conditioner was centrally controlled with a temperature upper limit! ! The waiter explained that the Pisa Municipal Government did not allow it? ! I know that gas prices in Europe are expensive, but can you at least make the quilt thicker? Finally, the waiter brought a blanket with a lot of dust...

GGuest UserEverything is good. Although it is close to the airport, you can't walk there, you have to take a taxi!!! There are highways around, no sidewalks. It will be much cheaper to call a taxi yourself, and it will be much more expensive if the hotel calls a taxi on your behalf. Don't ask the hotel to call a taxi!

WWinnieHaving read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though.
Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

TTravel around the world Go!The hotel is relatively close to the airport, but far from the city, the hotel room does not provide anything (no water), it takes about 15 minutes to walk out of the small supermarket, in fact, all good.
