The only minor issue was mosquitoes, though a repellent was provided. Unfortunately, there was noise from some guests drinking until past 4 AM. However, the view was absolutely stunning, and breakfast was plentiful. While the room facilities were a bit dated, it had a charming classical European ambiance.

It seems that the old building is being renovated. You need to turn the key yourself to lock the room door on either side. It is located very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, so there is no shortage of restaurants and souvenir shops. There is also a small chain supermarket a short walk away. If you are staying in Pisa, this is a highly recommended hotel.

Hotel is cute. Would recommend Annex for couples, they are romantically decorated and a bit more separate. English speaking TV channels which is a bonus. Lovely location (ten mins away from tower etc). Most of all, the service / staff are wonderful. Only stayed one night so can’t say much more!

Title: Stunning boutique stay in the perfect location. The room was beautiful with incredible decor and great attention to detail, the garden area was also gorgeous and very romantic! Very clean amd very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and substantial and the wine was the best we had in Pisa! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend!

The location is very good, you can indeed see the leaning tower on the balcony. There are many types of breakfast, but the quality is really not high. There was a plate of fruit that no one moved. I took a fruit with my hand and found that the second half was moldy.

First of all, this convenient environment is good! It is also a viewing hotel of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and it is the Leaning Tower when you go out. But! Very unreliable On the first day we arrived, we were trapped in the elevator for 15 minutes, we couldn't get out, the elevator door couldn't be opened, the buttons were all black, and it was difficult to contact people. The staff taught us how to force the opening after coming. If you don't understand English or Italian as a foreigner, it will really collapse! After pressing the forced button, it will fall when it is all extinguished! The first reaction after getting out of the elevator is nausea and vomiting The next day was even more funny. We told the hotel front desk one day in advance to let them help us set the taxi the next day and send us to the station! The hotel said that it was not necessary to decide. It was good to mention 5 minutes in the morning. As a result, we came 15 minutes before the next day. The result was almost half an hour and we couldn't call it. It directly caused our train to miss it and lost more than 100 euros.

The hotel is a very nice hotel and is very nice and comfortable. The hotel is a spacious and comfortable room with a comfortable and comfortable bathroom ! What a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues). Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy. The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day. Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly. We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)
