Pisa Barbaricina Hotels

Being a first time business traveller to Italy and Pisa ,it was a wonderful journey , the hotel receptionist can speak English , hence is easy for us to communicate with them . Pros : - Is a strategic location during the stay in Pisa , 15 min walk to leaning tower of Pisa . -Big applause to the receptionist Ms Tamara . She was very helpful , attentive and friendly during our stay at Grand Hotel Bonanno , she guide us to use the train from Pisa to Cinque terre, and lead us the direction to leaning tower of Pisa .The view of cinque terre was magnificent! -Other than that she helps us arrange taxi to airport and to my client office . - she was patient to answer all the request and question given by us . -The buffet breakfast was excellent , many selection of choice . Cons - there is no complimentary for mineral water during the stay . - the hotel was near to the railway station , hence you will easily hear the noise from outside however for me is fine with it . -the water heater can be improve . conclusion : If I ever come back again to Pisa, Italy , I will definitely choose this hotel again .

Ten minutes walk from leaning tower of Pisa and a big supermarket Pam. 20 minutes drive to airport. Camping village provides essential kitchenwares. Also a nice swimming pool is attractive to kids. Only problem is the muddy paths inside the camping site.

Très bon hôtel, propre et facile d'accès avec des arrêts de bus à proximité ainsi que la gare à 2min à pied qui emmène à la gare du centre. Chambre nettoyée tous les jours, très spacieuse, serviettes fournies. Boissons proposées à la vente à bon prix accompagné de chips. Personnel très gentil. Et petit déjeuner très bon (jambon, fromage, oeufs brouillés, tartines, nutella et confitures, gâteaux, jus, café, lait, céréales,...). Excellent hôtel.

Lovely hideaway, great room (pisa) and not too far from the tower! Featured a nice courtyard and a good sized shared kitchen. The room was spacious and featured air conditioning which was brilliant for the summer heat. Highly recommended for an easy spot to access pisa and the restaurants around.

Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

Don’t be fooled by the photos. But in fact, when I arrived in the room, it turned out that the photo was taken and it felt very dirty...Because it is an old building, the wall is that kind of old wall, so it looks dirty, but it is actually the texture of the wall...The interior inside is very beautiful The lamps and tables all have old European style and are very comfortable. The front desk is also very standardized, all dressed in suits, very polite and friendly, and good English. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night. The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all.

An old house, like a castle, arrived at the door, you need to pat the door before someone comes out. The location is very good. It is very close to the leaning tower. It is only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast is not much, but you can eat. We booked a triple room , The room is large, and the other is an extra bed. Parking is possible in the backyard.

The hotel is a very nice hotel and is very nice and comfortable. The hotel is a spacious and comfortable room with a comfortable and comfortable bathroom ! Breakfast varied with quality products (except industrial orange juice ...) in a superb room ! L'accueil du personnel est top : font l'effort de parler français, donne des conseils et nous ont même servi un café une nuit (femme de sortir sous la pluie) We recommend and we will return to it !
