Faded resort, most around the area is better
Ok park area if visiting with kids, but not very relaxing pool as they played loud radio music all day long. Also had to wear swimming caps in the pool which is a nogo.
Hotel is quite faded and all concrete, so very damp without AC on, which turns off as soon as you leave the room.
Our room had basicly no cell phone reception, and no wifi reception at all. When trying to explain the staff that the signal was too weak, they only gave a new password voucher and shrugged their shoulders. They said they could not find another room since they were full, but a quick search online called the bluff.
I needed wifi for work, this combined with noe 4/5G signal inside made the stay cumbersome, left a day early due to this.
Ok place for seniors, not so much for anyone else. The area around the hotel is clearly beyond the point where they ran out of money when establishing the area.

Ok / average.
The resort was obviously not new, and maintenance has been neglected for some time. Some buildings are worse than others. Our rooms were clean but old/worn. Ok, but not more than that.
Pool area was the best part. Clean and nice. Only annoyance was the towel card/depositum system - especially since it was impractical and the staff was unable to explain it properly.
Staff did not speak/ understand English very well (some not at all). They where mostly friendly, but a lot of them had a "i don't really care" attitude that management should not allow.
Same with food. Average, but ok. Staff mostly seemed to not care that much - they just did their job.

Nice and helpful staff, but…
Many things could be better. The bathroom had a lot of mould around the window and bathtub. The floor in the bedroom did not get the proper cleaning.
Breakfast was dominated by empty trays and the waiting time to get them refilled was simply not good enough. The breakfast selection was of medium to low quality
The swimming pool was nice and clean but the kids were not allowed to splash or jump into the water and it was mandatory to wear a swimmingcap

Nice place with potential however could benefit of lots of improvements, specially in the rooms area. AC units works poorly and rooms are outdated.

Rooms need to be upgraded. Not modern at all. Staff was friendly. In order to use the pool, you need to wear a swimming cap.
