Great location
Great host at Villa Regina. Room was comfortable, excellent service & location with it being walking distance to Tower of Pisa & city centre. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place in a villa in a residential area. Parking in the garden. Short walk to piazza dei miracoli with the leaning tower etc.

The staff is SUPER nice and the property has a charm! The bed is comfortable and it is 15 min walking to the leaning tower. Strong recommended!

The villa is a lovely property that offers a good alternative to a hotel stay. The walk from the station is perfectly doable, but the number 4 bus might prove an easier option (if lugging suitcases) that leaves from directly outside the train station and stops immediately outside the villa; buses run every 15 minutes, so there's no wait time. Our room was large, clean and well furnished, with a balcony that was an unexpected bonus and a great place to relax on. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the leaning tower through a residential part of town, making this a great base to use if visiting Pisa. The host was absolutely lovely too.

House was nice historical building. Beds were very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff was The best part of stay.
