We checked in for a 2 night stay in February. We were greeted by the manager/owner, she was lovely and welcoming. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. I loved the windows and paintings on the ceilings. The rooms were very spacious and had a fridge. The hotel was 5 minutes walk to the tower and about 15 minutes from the train station. Very central location. The area around the hotel was quiet with a few restaurants nearby. We felt the price for the hotel was good value for money.

Cortesia e gentilezza al top da parte della famiglia che gestisce l’hotel.A due passi dal centro storico, molto pulito e gradevoli i deodoranti ambienti sparsi nella struttura accogliente e ben restaurata.Stanza piacevole ma con bagno privo di una mensola per appoggiare beauty bagno.Peccato per la colazione scarna, gli unici dolci erano i cornetti

struttura molto accogliente e raffinata. peronale gentile e disponibile anche nel dare indicazioni turistiche. posizione comodissima per il centro e altro. Non lontana da raggiungere pure dalla stazione ferroviaria. Vivamente consigliato.

Hotel pequeño y bastante antiguo con una muy buena situación ya que está a pocos metros de la plaza del milagro, donde se encuentran la torre y el Duamo. Habitación vieja pero limpia, aunque hay mosquiteras algún mosquito existe ya que tienen un jardín al lado mismo. El desayuno bastante justito sin nada caliente. El personal del hotel muy simpáticos y amables. Opinión escrita en castellano por imperativo de las normas de Tripadvisor (NO Admitido EL CATALÁN) .Desde aquí reivindico que sea el Catalán, una lengua reconocida por Tripadvisor.

Entrare in camera e trovare un affresco sul soffitto… bellissimo! Le camere sono essenziali e pulite! Letto comodo e doppio cuscino. La proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile! Ci hanno anche fatto il ticket giornaliero per il parcheggio! Posizione strategica vicinissimo a Piazza del Duomo !!!

Hotel Transilvania, scappate, una puzza terribile e un caldo soffocante, una combo micidiale.Bagno in miniatura, una brutta esperienza! L'odore cattivo rimane addosso, tutto molto tetro e buio. Senza colazione.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione...peccato però non sia compresa la colazione, cosa piacevole da trovare quando si va in albergo! Nelle stanze si sente un forte odore di chiuso/muffa o dato dagli arredi...non so! Proprietari gentili..un po'pittoreschi!

Sono venuta in questo hotel per alloggiare e fare un pernottamento di una notte con la mia famiglia. Però, gli aspetti positivi di questo hotel sono pochi, mentre abbondano quelli negativi. L’unico aspetto positivo che ho trovato è quello che, l’albergo, è in pieno centro di Pisa. Però la camera dove sono stata ha un odore forte e strano, la staff era poco professionale e il bagno era molto piccolo. Si può certamente migliorare, ma in queste condizioni, non ci verrei certamente a dormire oppure semplicemente ad alloggiarci un altra volta.
