The twin room I stayed in was an apartment. Maybe because of the room type, the bed inside was relatively simple, but it had a living room and kitchen facilities. It was OK for one night.

Carmelo was a fantastic host, very friendly and even opened the bar for us after arriving at 2am due to a late flight. The close proximity to the airport meant we could walk in less than five minutes. Perfect for any commute. Thanks very much for having us and look forward to seeing you next time.

Excellent hotel I would like to thank this hotels personal for they good behavior and also for the availability. Room are perfect and very clean. The day of check out we had a good breakfast and we went to the airport that is very close. We hope to return next year to the same hotel.

Perfect for a nights stay before our early flight from Pisa. Restaurant and cafe onsite Very friendly staff . Walkable to airport , about 6 mins .15 mins from centre of Pisa . About 35mins to leaning tower of Pisa.Would only stay here for flights .

Ww had an incredibly delayed flight by Ryanair. Arrived at Pisa airport in the early hours, unable to collect our hire car, tired and so upset. The beautiful owners, could only offer us kindness and provided my family with a lovely room to stay in Rooms were cool, spacious, off high standard and supplied with coffee and water. Highly recommend and cannot thank you enough for your kindness at crazy hours!

I can't fault this hotel. We hadn't booked to stay here as we were due to travel to Florence from Pisa airport. However when we landed we had received an email from our gotwk telling g us to stay in Pisa and travel in the morning!! It was 11pm at night and we had nowhere to go. We finally stumbled upon this hotel after midnight. Despite the late hour they were very accommodating and found us a room! The man we dealt with was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed plus water. The room was emaculate and the bed was huge and very comfy! The room was also a really good size. We had breakfast in the morning before leaving which was nice and fresh. The hotel was very clean and all staff we encountered were really friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed here twice now. The staff are so friendly and our dinner was outstanding. The temptation is to eat at the cafe but the hotel restaurant is much better. Michelin standard but good value. It’s like private dining experience outside. Vanilla cafe friendly too but not too the standard of the chef inside the Blue Shades. So be warned. Eat outside on the grass and it’s shaded also. Loved it. And you’ll notice that I don’t give 5 stars very often.
