Absolutely stubbing! Our best hotel for this Europe trip of 2 weeks. Huge room, huge toilet with rain shower. Great hospitality and perfect location near the train station as well. Walking distance to attractions and nice restaurants. Well done!

My partner and I stayed her in September to visit Pisa before travelling on to Florence. We arrived at 10am in the morning where we were greeted at reception. The staff here were so helpful, we were offered a list of restaurants and eateries in the area as well as a map with areas of interest pointed out. Basically giving you all info you needed in order to enjoy the city. Our room wasn't ready however we were given somewhere to freshen up, we were also given the keys meaning we didn't need to worry about what time we came back. We left our bags and went out for the day. In the afternoon we received a text to say our room was ready. We returned at 5pm to Suite 4. Our room was very clean and spacious, the shower was huge along with the rest of the bathroom. We enjoyed the large bath in the room as well. The bed was comfy and we were woken to breakfast delivered at 8:30am we ate this while enjoying the view. As mentioned we were travelling to Florence the next day and the hotel is a short walk to the train station, you are also round the corner from the main street. Stay here if you are visiting Pisa, i know we will next time.

This is a wonderful B&B. With a beautiful aesthetic on a quiet street near the Pisa train station, you are are met by your most accommodating hosts. They carry your bags to your room and explain that breakfast will be placed outside of your room at 8:30. Our suite was beautiful, overlooking a lovely garden. Breakfast was delicious! We rarely heard any noise outside of our room. The AC was cool and the water, hot. We loved the beautiful bathtub in the middle of our room! And be sure to take some of the little candies in the lounge! They look like Jordan Almonds, but are chocolate!

We stayed for one night after arriving off of a late flight. I have given the hotel three stars as I could not find a way to get the door to our balcony to lock. All the provided keys did not fit in the balcony door lock and it appeared that the locking mechanism had actually been painted over. While our room was on the first floor, I did not feel safe sleeping in an unlocked bedroom in a foreign country, and had we arrived earlier in the day we would have sought to have the problem rectified or moved to a different hotel. However, due to our late check in time we had a contactless arrival and there was no one we could talk to regarding the door. Aside from the issue with the lock, the hotel was very good. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was lovely and the staff were very helpful - they helped us book a taxi to our next destination after our booked car cancelled at the last minute. The location was very central and close to the airport. Overall, there are very few 'luxury' options in Pisa and should your door have a working lock, this hotel would be a great option, akin to a decent four star hotel.

I was disappointed that there were no bath towels in the room...for £245 I would expect them to have checked that all towels were there. I couldn't ask for a towel because the reception closed at 8pm - the room was fine but I did think for that price it was expensive....

We stayed as a last minute booking and what a find it was! Just a 10 minute walk from the station. Our flight landed in the evening, but they arranged for self check-in which was nice and easy and communicated through WhatsApp. Rooms was spacious, felt high-end and clean, great breakfast provided in the room which we sat on the balcony and enjoyed. Would definitely come back if visiting Pisa

We absolutely loved our stay at the Palazzo Cini Luxury Rooms in Pisa! The location was great; approx 15 min walk to all the main attractions. Staff were more than helpful, we arrived in Pisa early so they stored our bags away and took them to our room when it was ready. The room was immaculate, we honestly wished we were spending more than one night in Pisa just to stay here longer! There was an even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and little chocolates on the bed waiting for us. Would highly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I loved Palazzo Mini. It is a beautiful hotel with wonderfully appointed rooms and a fabulous, helpful, friendly staff. We also loved the area of Pisa that the hotel is in. The walk to the sights is a bit less than a mile across the Arno River, and we really enjoyed the walk and the neighborhood.

We stayed for three nights on a weekend trip to Pisa/Lucca. We stayed in a nice, clean and modern room with a balcony. Beds where comfortable and the room was quiet. Location was good with walking distance to most destinations in Pisa, including the train station. Breakfast was served at a nearby café and it was ok.
