The room was clean but it overlooked the street and being on the first floor this means having some noise even at night. The breakfast does not offer much but teapot, coffee machine and some biscuits are always available. The included parking is fundamental because there are no real alternatives to the paid underground silo.

Accommodation a few steps from the station, recently renovated, equipped with everything, very helpful host. About 25 minutes walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and a few minutes from the historic center. Ideal for those who make a quick visit to Pisa. Highly recommended!

Ottima l'accoglienza. I gestori sono super-attenti e premurosi, danno ottimi consigli su dove mangiare. Stanza dotata di tutti i comfort, relativamente spaziosa per essere una tripla. La zona di Pisa è centrale, ma non proprio attaccata a piazza del Duomo: pochi minuti a piedi. Tutto bene, ma con una pecca: la colazione, di fatto, non esiste. Si possono prendere bevande alla macchinetta e snack confezionati. Sarebbe più corretto definirlo "bed" senza "breakfast", magari riducendo un po' le tariffe. Secondo me, i viaggiatori verrebbero comunque, perché il posto è centrale, curato, confortevole: poi si va a fare colazione in uno dei tanti bar/caffetteria in zona. Altra piccola pecca: nel bagno della nostra stanza mancava qualche mesnola, giusto un paio per appoggiare dentifricio, spazzolino, gli occhiali.... Un piccolo accorgimento. Comunque, nel complesso, consigliabile.

situé à 2 pas de la gare donc facile d'accès et à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville le quartier n'est pas foufou mais ça va ne vous fiez pas à l'immeuble, l'appart lui est joliment décoré et très bien équipé nous avons été très bien accueillis et l'hôte est super dispo la chambre pour 3 est très spacieuse, très propre, bien équipé. le seul bémol c'est le bruit de la rue

Situé à 5mn de la gare de Pise et du Pismover qui mène à l'aéroport la chambre triple que nous avions était très spacieuse et très propre. La salle de bain est très bien, on peut regretter qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule vasque pour une chambre de trois. Le seul bémol réside dans le breakfast où il manque un peu de produits frais. L'accueil a été très très bien et avec une grande gentillesse. Une bonne adresse.
