Mi familia ya había visitado el hotel hace un año. Regresamos porque nos precio grato la primera vez pero en esta ocasión el personal fue grosero parecían de mal humor decidimos cenar en el hotel y la comida fue la peor que hayamos probado. Todo estaba frío, crudo o sobre condimento. (Especificamos que las carenes debían ser bien asadas y aún así llegaron con sangre). Lo regresamos para que lo calentaran Yo pedí unas COSTILLAS BBQ y el sabor a condimentos era impresionante el olor era demasiado fuerte y el sabor a condimentos y sala de soya era intoxican te. Pedimos CÓCTELES y tenían una carta muy pequeña adicional a esto tenia muy mala calidad. LA PISCINA era climatizada y ahora es muy fría, llegamos en la noche y los niños no aguantaron el frío.

Cobran por el tour con una persona que poco conoce de cervezas, la cerveza de bienvenida es la misma del tour, no esperaron sino que empezaron antes. En cuanto a l hotel en general mucha mosca y no prenden el aire. La atención bastante por mejorar y los precios de los platos son altos para la calidad de lo que sirven. Y finalizando se nos quedaron algunas cosas en la habitación y nunca respondieron

Puntos positivos. El sitio es muy bonito, la comida es buena, el pasaje es espectacular, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bonitas Puntos negativos Se debe mejorar la limpieza de la piscina, se ve algo turbia. No se incluye el desayuno y dada la ubicación, no hay más donde desayunar, así qué hay con costo oculto en la tarifa. La única proteína que se incluye en el desayuno es huevo, deberá incluir algo diferente para los que no comemos huevo. El jacuzzi estaba con el agua fría. El servicio de Internet es terrible. El baño de la habitación se tapó. Recomendaciones Se debería aprovechar todo el terreno para los huéspedes, por ejemplo incluyendo un sendero ecológico al rededor de toda la propiedad sería excelente

Nos hospedamos con nuestra familia este fin de Semana Santa. El sitio es agradable bonito buena energía. Al día siguiente tuvimos una mala experiencia ya amanecimos con unos piquetes en especial mi esposa por todo el cuerpo, al parecer algo había la ropa de cama puesto que así no estábamos antes de dormir . Después nos dirigimos al área húmeda .. no había agua en las duchas para antes y después de la piscina. De regreso a organizarnos para salir de viaje tampoco había agua en las habitaciones motivo por el cual ninguno pudo bañarse. Tampoco recibimos solución o disculpas por parte del personal . Cómo recomendacion tomar medidas para respetar la privacidad de los huéspedes con los temas de las pasadías.

Deliciosa Cerveza artesanal, muy buena comida y un sitio muy agradable. Deliciosa la pizza, no pude probar el vino, en la próxima visita será. En este lugar literalmente te puedes bañar en cerveza y pasar una tarde de spa o hacer el recorrido cervecero.
