At the end of the weekend of our hosting, breakfast provided 3 types of juices, orange, orange, (the two natural) and artificial grape juice. I asked the attendant to make a juice of another taste, abacaxi, maracujá, melon, goiaba... less orange, because I really don't like it. She said it would be very difficult and if it were approved, it would be costly, but it would check with the management. After a while, she returned with the answer that the preparation had been authorized, but only at that time and only a glass. I thanked, but refused because of any difficulty created by the attendant and even more by his leader and said that all this logistics would not be necessary, because I was just asking for a natural juice with a different taste than the offered. Even though a hotel is quite simple, I believe that the mission would be the excellence and satisfaction of the guest, which is clearly not part of the guideline of the guest.
