"The hotel staff let down what would otherwise be a nice, albeit over-priced hotel. One particular staff member (Domagoj) was so rude that it was difficult to enjoy the other aspects of the hotel. When we raised a complaint that the hotel had sold all their sun beds to external guests and not left enough for guests, his response was a sarcastic “what do you want me to do”. Then upon checking out he charged us for parking, even when we showed him our booking said it was free. He became incredibly argumentative, even going so far as to snatch the ticket, storm out the room and shout that we can’t leave until we pay. Once he returned from this tantrum, he agreed to let us talk to a manager about the issue (who was just as unhelpful, but at least not as outrightly aggressive)."

"Very difficult costumer service with the owner. Could not get in touch with him and had to wait an extra 2 hours for a response. The place wasn't anything special just another normal room anywhere else. The location was perfect and included all the amentinties we needed."

"In the 40 years we have been driving around Europe and living in many different hotels, I have to say that this hotel is one of the top four best in Europe. The hotel is fantasticly beautiful at a beautiful sea bath. Great fine rooms, a restaurant of high class. The staff are so nice and satisfying. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. "Very comfortable hotel. Professional staff, service comparable with best 5 star hotels. Rooms are very nice, breakfast was top quality (only warm dishes were cold due to extensive air-conditioning, staff should handle it). Indoor pool small but good round shape and warm water. Outside pool looked gorgeous but was closed because it was before summer. Overall for similar price I would definetely return to the hotel."

MMilanVery friendly staff, the pool and the beach are very well maintained. The location of the hotel is between Piran and Portorož and there are many quiet and nice restaurants for evening outings. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and a magnificent sunset.

OOlga JeltonEverything was excellent except a pair of downsides. Pay-per-day parking (5 euros a day on the street in a pair of walks or 15 underground), somehow did not expect that a separate money would be taken for parking. Pushers and blankets could also be obtained by quality, or somehow unsolid for 5*. Well, as a comment - there is no classic first line of beach in Coper. Yes and classic beaches are not, for us it was a surprise, but there is a swimming pool with sea water in the hotel, and you can get to the neighboring Pirana, there is a stone micro beach.

SSangniThe hotel's indoor swimming pool is a seawater pool. The reception staff at the door are very enthusiastic. The sauna can be used privately. Only simple tea and fruit are provided. The breakfast and dinner are honestly very average, but it's better than nothing. The beach is beautiful. Next time I will choose a beach vacation in Croatia.

3 stars rooms are located on the back of the hotel towards the street side. Noise has not been noticed by anyone.
Water temperature in the indoor pool approximately 29°C.

GGuest UserThe staff, service, reception and cleaning are very courteous and friendly.
We only had breakfast, which was very good, a large selection and always well stocked.
The room was relatively new, with very well-adjusted air conditioning.
The pool is very large, despite the large number of bathers there was never a crowd, and there were also enough loungers and umbrellas, which
are included in the price. Access to the sea is right behind it with an easy-to-access staircase.
We were very satisfied and will come back!

This „Lifeclass“ hotel is faded glory. The provided pics for „Standard double room with sea view“ are not realistic. I paid more than USD 330 for an old, worn-out hotel room! The sea view was a view on an old pool deck...
The parking situation is as already described. The reception‘s quote: „we have a hotel parking, to find a free space, good luck“.
Positive: Terme looks nice and renovated from outside and the breakfast was good.

JJinIt seems that Hotel historian took over the hotel ville park. Without room condition and building, everything was good since we were able to use all facilities of Hotel Historian.Breakfast, swimming pool and private beach and so on.
