It was a nightmare dealing with the receptionist, he refused to give us our room until 9:00 PM instead of 8:00 AAAM since the hotel was fully booked and we end up in a old crapy room as it is clear from the photos! They left out luggage on the floor on the entrance for the whole day even they promised to find a room and call us once it is ready after 2:00 PM They charge us the full price plus the extra $25 for the early check in even they promised to give us a little discount from the original agreed price on booking for the inconvenience experience. We have to spend the whole day in the tour bus after a beautiful 10 days cruise instead of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful advertised balcony view. We end up in the worst room with broken toilet seat is broken, broken shower handle, no hot water and no towels since it was late and no room service!

Atrocious room, compared to what is shown on the website. Do not get fobbed off with room 106. Side room with balcony. The balcony is long and has an open window to see into next door's bathroom! Beds are twin pushed together, not double. And just sitting on them, they're noisy. God know what they'll be like to sleep in The sink has awful silicone around the edges. The window that opens into a ventilation shaft in the bathroom. The skylight is just open plasterboard with coloured glass/plastic. The end of the beds - you have to shuffle sideways to get past. A fridge on the floor just by the curtain which is useless. Wonky bedside lamp. Only one. And a random wobbly coat rack. No other hanging space. So upset by staying there. Will never ever ever book again.

Just stayed at this seaside hotel after a cruise from Athens (Piraeus). We arrived rather early for a 2pm check-in but were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Room was spotless, overlooking the sea and everything we needed. Very central for swimming in the sea, strolling along the promenade, bars/restaurants, and the local circular bus route. Would definitely use again...

Our stay was supposed to be relief after an overnight ferry trip. We've arrived early in the morning, settled the EUR 90 bill and crashed in our beds. When we woke up around 10 am we realized there is no water in the tap. So, no toilet, no shower possible. The situation lasted at least until our check-out after noon. We were told that the disconnection of water was a result of some street works, which we accepted but then asked for partial refund. Then the receptionist consulted someone on the phone and answered that it's not their fault so no refund possible. I asked if the hotel collapsed would they still charge us, since it wouldn't be their fault either, but to no avail. So we ended up paying EUR 90 for a room WITHOUT bathroom or toilet. The hotel itself is OK, but with such a customer attitude I advise you to avoid it.

We really liked the location, and the people who work here are very friendly and helpful. We certainly recommend it. It was an excellent price too, by the way. There are also many nice restaurants in the area as well as a beautiful view.
