This is a very good and thumbs up hotel, close to metro station and bus stops. Only pity I stayed over Sunday, no shop and restaurant, but a small store with good bbq stuffs and drinks. We enjoyed very much.

Overall, this Hotel was good, friendliness in particular! Though we just stayed there for one nite (would have to get on board the cruise the following morning)， the Receptionist, Efie was very helpful in telling us how we could get to the port and went extra miles in sorting out the transport details for us. Also, the breakfast there was satisfactory - though the food variety was just so so, the staff was very efficient in refilling, thus, all hot stuffs were found tasty. As for the room, it was clean and tidy. The cleanliness of the bathroom was praiseworthy (I know too well that I'm very particular on the toilet hygiene standard)。 If I would re-visit Athens of Greece, this Hotel will receive my priority consideration.

It is marked 5 stars hotel, but actually it’s not, small room, with very old facility. Location is good to the port for ferries.

The hotel is average, ordinary, the facilities are old, the location is OK, and the waiters are quite enthusiastic. My hand was not scratched accidentally, but because the corner of the glass plate on the TV table in the room was broken, which is very sharp and very dangerous. I told the front desk to see if there is any improvement.

I spent a pleasant 8 days in the hotel. Ctrip and Ctrip Overseas booked from where it was cheap. I divided 5 orders. This trip stayed for 48 days. This hotel has the highest star rating and the largest room. It is the most expensive with a tax of 4 Euros a day. It is convenient to travel in Piraeus Port, and it is not far from the subway, tram and bus. I met a strange thing. Someone opened the door in the room. It was a waiter in the restaurant. After opening the door, he said a few words in Greek and left. He couldn’t understand it. He was impatient with the front desk, and it took me a long time to figure it out. Different countries have different habits in detecting minibar consumption, so can't you be patient? So one less smiley face. Other front desks are fine. The internet speed is extremely slow, and there is often no internet connection, which makes my computer need a hotspot to access the Internet, which should not be done. There are no chairs, and it is too tiring to rely on a stool. Fortunately, the front desk gave me a chair with a back, thank you. Send photos of the harbor and Easter activities to have fun.

Breakfast is a typical Greek breakfast. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, or the signal is poor, and then I simply turned on roaming throughout. Check out at 11 o'clock, because there is a lot of luggage, it is too late to pack up, so I asked if I could check out at 12 o'clock, but was rejected. The service of the gentlemen at the front desk is very good. They are very enthusiastic about storing luggage and helping with luggage. The room is relatively large, the facilities are average, and the domestic three- or four-star standard

It’s a nice hotel but could use a bit of a renovation as well as wifi should work in room which it doesn’t. Happy with my stay

The staff was very accommodating. They responded to our requests promptly and even made sandwiches for us before catching the ferry. We were impressed.

Staff was excellent. Property was older but updated. Breakfast was much better than the average buffet. Everything was clean. Wifi was slow and occasionally dropped out which may have been due to the room’s far-corner location. You couldn’t successfully conduct work online. I would stay here again.

Only stayed 1 night in Athens but our stay here was excellent. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful

First unique feature was the parking, had to get into an elevator to get to patking garage, that was a challenge. You need a small car for this. But, very glad it was private and secure. The all inclusive breakfast was extensive; would put any USA hotel to shame. Our room was wonderful and modern, no traffic noise, great blackout curtains. Metro train within walking distance was great. Rooftop swimming pool and sunbeds wonderful on the hot days, also nice and private. Didnt locate the fitness center. What would have been nice is if the hotel would have provided either in room coffee or lobby coffee for guests. The staff are also not familiar with wash/ face cloths. But, the staff did try to accommodate us with extra hand towels as an alternative. The two most outstanding staff members were Visilis on front desk and Kostas in the breakfast dining room. Both these gentlemen went above and beyond and were genuinely friendly.

Very close to the port and to the metro/train. Clean and we had a huge room. I had booked a room for two adults plus a kid and thought we were having a large double bed, but there was a single bed in the room too. Very please with that. Also the receptionist gave us an excellent option for late night food around the corner after arriving starving! Breakfast was nice too, I would stay there again.
