Great breakfast. The room is perfect.

Staff not prepared to host international clients. They were rude at the very first moment at the check in. Parking lot inside the hotel, is so narrow, you must be a really good driver to deal with the small place. Not to mention is dark, old and dirty. Complete gym? What a joke! They describe on their website they have a full gym for your exercises. Never saw something funnier.

Occitano Apart Hotel is a very nice place to stay in Piracicaba. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Net does not work properly, WiFi sometimes is weak. Breakfast is very nice. We also asked pizza and soups, both very delicious.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel was nice and modern, especially considering other hotels in the area.

The water was so slippery. It was like magic that it didn't wash away no matter how many times I washed it. The cleaning people are friendly, but it's not that sanitary. Most of the front desk staff do not speak English. When you're in the room, you can hear the sound of cars outside and the crowing of chickens. The sound of cars, cows and motorcycles can be heard very loudly. It was very uncomfortable during my stay.

Quarto bastante agradável. Estrutura muito boa. Café da manhã bom. A garagem é um pouco apertada. A localização é bastante afastada.
