Wonderful welcome on arrival and had a lovely room that was immaculate. A quiet place to stay in Pipa just a few minutes walk from Amor beach and very central to everything. Bartender Diego made the best cocktails and was full of useful advice, as was the owner. Breakfast and dinner were very good although the kitchen staff are watching you constantly through the glass partition, which made us a little uncomfortable and self-conscious. Afternoon tea was not enough for the number of guests and only a couple of cakes were left out. Exceptional overall and highly recommend.

The inn has a very beautiful, cozy and organized structure, with a wonderful cafe, we were very well treated by the entire team, especially Mrs. Nilza, she is very attentive 🥰🥰 The highlight was the shrimp pastel with beer at the pool bar 😉

Our 2-week stay at the guesthouse was simply incredible. The place is beautiful, with very well-kept plants, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and connection with nature. The food prepared by Ana was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip – we didn’t have the best meals at restaurants outside, but right there, at the guesthouse. Each dish was exceptional and worthy of praise. The signature drinks prepared by Diego were also incredible, complemented by the great conversations we had with him. The service provided by the entire staff was impeccable, always willing to answer questions and help with whatever we needed. Breakfast was a real feast! The fresh coalho cheese that Dona Neuza brought daily, the corn and cassava cakes… everything we ate was delicious and made with great care. We would also like to highlight Roberto, who arranged the transfer for the guesthouse, was always very attentive and a great driver. Every detail made our experience unique. No lo recomiendo, mala experiencia. Por el mismo dinero hay hoteles muy superiores. Pagamos la habitación superior (madeiro) que si bien es linda está muy lejos de la entrada con un extenso camino de escaleras. Es chica, para la categoría más alta del hotel, no tiene placard, el baño es básico y pequeño y, lo peor, por la mañana no hay oscuridad. Las cortinas dejan pasar la luz cuando amanece, no permite descansar. Wifi era muy malo. Desayuno: bueno y variado pero arruinado totalmente por el maltrato constante de la señora mayor que parece ser la dueña. 9:38 te dice “finito finito obrigado chau” y te echa cuando el horario no terminó. Luego otros días también hace gestos y trata de quitarte tazas o platos buscando que te retires. Muy maleducada, pésimo servicio. Nos sentimos muy incómodos. Un desayuno de 7:30 a 10am permite que uno pueda sentarse y desayunar en paz, es horrible estar apurado o sintiendo que el dueño quiere ahorrarse una porcion y por eso quiere que te retires. Los empleados del hotel son excelentes y dan un muy buen trato y atención ante cualquier duda. Especialmente Caio que nos ayudo mucho pero la dueña arruino todo. Hubiera preferido cambiar de hotel pero no tenia sentido por una estadia de 4 dias.

A pousada é muito bem cuidada, as plantas são impecavelmente cuidadas, toda área externa e interna muito limpas e bem estruturadas, roupa de cama excelente, colchão delicioso, silenciosa, nos oferecem mais de uma toalha pois é um local úmido, além da toalha de piscina, a estrutura em si é muito bem pensada para o hospede ( com tomadas e uma luminária para leitura), oferecem guarda chuvas emprestados sem custo. A academia é completa e limpa. Todos são muito educados. Em especial eu gostaria de elogiar a chef Ana Alice, ela tem muito talento, carinho e capricho ao fazer os pratos deliciosos do restaurante. Além de nos receber com muita simpatia! Já no café da manhã, a dona da pousada comandava, a senhora Neusa nos entregava queijo qualho quentinho, delicioso!!! A única sugestão que eu faço (não é reclamação), poderia ter menos opções de quitutes (bolos) para que eles sejam feitos no dia, pois claramente se trata de descongelamentos e não entregam tanto sabor. Eu com certeza retornarei, e levarei minha familia.

Pasamos cuatro días allí, el check in fue rapido y recibimos una excelente atención por parte de todos. Destacable la atención de Diego quien siempre se mostró simpático y dispuesto a ayudarnos, la chef Ana con sus postres increibles y Neusa, la dueña de la posada cuyos quesos fueron la estrella de nuestros desayunos. Vinimos a pasar año nuevo en Pipa y nos alojamos en este lugar! Todo muy lindo e impecable, atendido por sus propios dueños que son muy amables. El desayuno es variado, sabroso y abundante. La zona de piscina es genial para relajar luego de un día de playa y tiene servicio de bar donde hacen tragos de autor y sirven comida a la carta. La cena de año nuevo fue espectacular con platos exquisitos y la atención también. Están ubicados en un lugar donde hay calma, a metros del centro, Playa Du Amor y un supermercado grande. Lo recomiendo!
